This place is small but is very clean. They have a lot of accommodation for you. They offer headphones and tv while they work on your teeth. I want to describe the experience I had at this dental office on May 6th. I went in to have one of…read moremy veneers reattached because it had come off. The procedure itself did not take long. I do not remember the doctor's name, but he was very kind. He explained everything to me clearly and spoke very politely. However, I did feel that the treatment itself was not very gentle. This is my first time using dental services here in the United States, and I noticed a big difference compared to the country I come from. The injection to numb the area felt very rough to me. Also, when they had to place the plastic pieces on both sides to isolate the tooth, the way they handled my face and removed everything felt very forceful and lacking delicacy. Still, the doctor himself was kind in the way he communicated. At the end of the appointment, I needed to make my payment. The doctor's assistant told me in English something like, "I'll bring you to the receptionist," but I misunderstood and thought she meant she would bring the receptionist to me. Since I did not fully understand the phrase, I politely asked, "Sorry, should I stay here?" Her reaction made me feel very uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes and directed me in a very dismissive and rude manner. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially because English is not my first language, but I felt disrespected by the way I was treated in that moment. This is a paid service, and patients deserve to be treated with kindness and patience. I would also like to mention that the receptionist who helped me with the payment was extremely kind and professional. My only complaint is regarding the attitude of the assistant who escorted me around noon to 12:30 p.m. on May 8th. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but I wanted to share how unpleasant that interaction felt.

The problem was because of the broken tooth, and the shape of it that had to be removed. In addition, other spots that I had missing teeth were also points I wanted to be fixed too. So some had to be removed too I knew they needed this and decided to ask for that work as well. Well I will tell you this- when the teeth were removed. I didn't even know what happened. There was no pain. There was no worrisome pressure when It was done. They said that I might have pain/discomfort and maybe some blood and black and blue later(it wasn't that much blood to begin with when it was all happening. Those are standard things told to patients that have teeth removal- .HOWEVER!! there was no pain I barely felt any pressure at all. Blood was very minimal. Never had any problem with pain, black and blue or they need for any kind of pain medicine anytime afterward as well. It was amazing, if it weren't for the fact that I had the empty spaces I would never know I had them removed. They did an amazing job!! everybody in the office is so really nice, as well and very gracious, knowledgeable, and treat you well. They make you feel welcome. When I. came in for the impressions for it, I was amazed at how they did it!! They used state of the art computer scanning tool and did an electronic 360° recording of my mouth and sent it in. There was no nasty mouthful of some sort of nasty gook that you have to hold in your mouth for a while until the mold is created (this by the way was how the mold from my other plate was made by the other dentist ) later, when the teeth came in and I put them in my mouth. It was like night and day compared to the last plate that I had. These teeth plate fit perfect! absolutely perfect!!... so much better than the last set done by another dentist. They look better as well.( including more realistic looking.). I would never go back to any other dentist and look forward to my continued going to Dr. Bram and his crew!! I wish I could give more like 10 stars. My many many thanks to Dr. Bram and all his highly qualified dentist colleagues, as well as all of the office super specialist for was such an amazing experience at the dentist.

Went to get 2 implants. Had extraction done at oral surgeon. He said he could put temps in until my…read moreimplants were ready. Charged me $1000. Calls 2 weeks later saying I'm due for cleaning, so removes temps saying it will only b a week. 2-3 months later finally get implants. Way too small, food getting stuck. So again a few months to get new ones. They come in n are too big. So they push all my teeth, that were previously straight, and are now crooked. He said it wasn't the implants and couldn't explain why right after he put the wrong size implants in, that my teeth were all cooked. Now while discussing this and his refusal to take responsibility, I got heated. He proceeds to touch my face around my mouth, He obviously put some kind of disgusting substance on my face as I have been getting sores.ever since. It's been about 6 month and still reoccurring Just cause he's a doctor doesn't mean he's a good person Hypocrites oath?? Unfortunately it appears that Dr…read moreNasimi lied to us for years about the state of our teeth, ignoring or delaying honest assessments of what is needed. This was done during times when small interventions on cavities and other issues would have been easy, cheap and fast. But because of his inability or inaction, rooted at a lack of care for the future of his clients both financially and physically, we instead are left with major dental surgery, time wasted and massive bills. Dr. Suleman Nasimi is a very charming person and his dental hygienists for tooth cleanings are amazing. Both of these factors hide well the major damage this practice will do to your health and finances. Additionally, the office is a money mill. Meaning they do not ever honor the appointment times promised. I've waited an average of 2-3 hours after my appointment time every single time, of the 8 or 9 times I booked. Finally, these may just be mistakes, but please check your insurance records. My insurance has been billed multiple times for procedures and x-rays the dentist did not take. This prevented us from getting my procedures covered at another dentist. Dentists are amazing people and not celebrated as they should be because you go in with pain and leave with pain. Making them one of the most under-appreciated doctors. But not this one. You deserve better.
