Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Dabel was quite the opposite. I've never felt so dismissed or belittled during a dental appointment. I have some understandable anxiety about dental procedures, especially when it comes to needles, and I involuntarily flinched during the anesthetic injection. Instead of offering reassurance or understanding, I was met with condescension and made to feel ashamed for my reaction. Ultimately, Dr. Dabel decided not to complete my dental work that day, without offering a clear explanation, leaving me feeling embarrassed and unsettled. While the rest of the staff showed compassion, I cannot recommend this office for anyone who struggles with dental anxiety or is looking for a dentist with patience and empathy.

I can see why after visiting the office! There are TV's playing children's movies and the office is decorated with stuffed animals and other things geared toward making children at ease. They do a very good job with children! They made us feel very comfortable and the dental assistant was really great with him! Well, before I could plan anything, I broke a tooth last week. Luckily there was no pain but it had to be fixed. I called Dr. Rashall's office around 2:30. and they had me in at 3:15 getting X-rays and an exam. No lectures...just great care. I was told it was better than I had feared and only needed a filling instead of a crown. They got my care plan together. They couldn't get to it until May but said it would be fine. I was ok with it as I wasn't even an existing patient so how could I complain? I let them know I worked in town and was flexible if they had a cancellation. My insurance covered 100% that first visit, I was back the next day to get a temporary filling as the jagged tooth was bothering my tongue. They got me in within a couple, of hours and again, I paid nothing out of pocket. Today, at 2:20, they called with a cancellation and had me come in at 2:45. By 3:50, my tooth was fixed and I was back to work. There was no pain or discomfort at all during or after the procedure. I definitely have found my new dentist and cannot recommend him highly enough! I'm actually looking forward for them to schedule my full exam and getting on a regular care schedule with their hygienists. I never thought I'd say that.

After getting me to pay for something initially that my insurance didn't cover they did the procedure and low and behold there was something else that wasn't approved and I am supposed to come out of pocket for after the prior authorization went through stating they were covering everything but the thing I already paid for. Completely unprofessional and highly recommend not going here unless they give you clarification on line by line approval or you will get yourself a surprise bill. In the end my insurance company had to use another line code to cover the made up code to get it covered for something this office makes up.

So remember if you see tons of good reviews many were written from the office itself under their watch. My tooth never had pain until they did the root canal, which it seems I didn't even need as my issues have been only allergies. Now the jaw is in more pain than ever before and after a highly costly procedure I'm left trying to figure out what to do before I can even attempt to crown it, when its possible I didn't even need this treatment at all.
