I recently visited this practice to get a second opinion. I have been very pleased with the small town feel of this office and the friendly staff. The office is also technologically up to date with digital xrays, as an example. After many efforts to whiten I contacted Wyse to schedule an appointment to have the crowns whitened. I was told at that time they could not be whiten. Everyone strives for white teeth. Why would any dentist with ethics place yellow teeth in anyone's mouth? I am stuck with yellow teeth for the rest of my life unless I am willing to pay an additional $5,000.00 to have these yellow ones replaced. It appears this dental office is only interested in the money and not interested in pleasing their customers. Thank you so much for taking away my smile.

I yelped "emergency dental" and saw the post from a patient who had an emergency and was also on vacation. So, while on the road heading to Springfield, at 7:40 this morning we called Dr. Capati's after hours number and told him what happened. He said to call his staff at 8:00 and we did; they were able to squeeze in Stephen at 2:50 pm. The staff texted him a link for dental information (ie name, address, issues, etc) and by the time we arrived, everything was taken care of. He was done within 45 minutes and he said the tooth feels great. He's extremely happy and gives high praise to the staff and doctor.
