Lost these right away. This is not acceptable.

They were not professional about removing teeth. Also very expensive and they never got them to fit then teeth started falling out.

New dentures compared to old teeth

Our digital diagnostic x-rays permit immediate viewing of the imaged area with significantly less radiation exposure for the patient. An intra-oral camera allows patients to see fine detail and have a better understanding of the condition of their teeth and gums. Non-invasive lasers diagnose tooth decay not visible to the eye. The KaVa DIAGNOdent is a digital tool that detects tooth soft spots, which can mean a potential site of ongoing decay. The old explorer tool, that looks like a pick, is still used, but the DIAGNOdent can measure density where explorers can't go, like in between teeth. There are many other sophisticated technology tools available to meet your dental needs. Most of all, you're going to appreciate the fact that Dr. Davis is ready, and has the successful track record, to fully explain your options and take care of your dental needs. He even makes his personal cell phone number available, to established patients, to ensure that he can be reached in emergencies. Contact us to become part of the Davis dental family today.

We needed to have lip and tongue ties released in two family members. I knew we didn't want…read moresedation, wanted the family to be in the room, would prefer the CO2 laser, and didn't want to pay for each tie separately. We had consulted with four other practitioners, and none of them met that criteria. Someone recommended Peoria Dental Care and I made the appointment. The whole experience at Peoria Dental Care was incredible. The office staff was friendly yet very professional, and organized. They made the appointments and, (unlike a different practitioner's office in Buffalo Grove), our appointments were still there when we showed up. The paperwork was quick and before we knew it, we were being brought back to the examination room. There, Dr. Micah Roberts examined both family members, we discussed a few things and he started the procedures. Other than wishing he hadn't said he was going to, "poke holes," (which made one family member emotional and nervous), everything went *much* better than expected. Neither family member actually felt the needle. One did comment as the laser went further back on the tongue that it felt, "prickly and painful." The initial stretch after the procedure was the most painful. So, in conclusion, Peoria Dental Care offered everything I was hoping for. The scheduling and front office was perfect and it seamlessly transitioned to the exam room. Dr Roberts allowed us all in the room, took the time to go over everything, used the CO2 laser, and answered tons of additional questions. Everything I was hoping for happened at Peoria Dental Care. As an unexpected, added bonus, Dr Roberts is the best looking out of the five practitioners we met with...by far. It was worth the 300+ mile round trip drive. He also does laser dentistry for fillings and we will be exploring that option more in the future.

I almost went back to them anyway because of the horrible experience I had at Aspen when a friend of mine recommended I try Smalltown Dental, and I'm thankful for their recommendation! The staff is very nice and professional at Smalltown! The hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. Aspen didn't explain anything to me, the dentist was very rude, and they didn't have a dental hygienist available to clean teeth! They also referred me to an endodontist and told them they suspected I needed two root canals. The dentist at Smalltown said I do not need root canals, that there is no issue requiring an endodontist to examine my teeth! I appreciate the kindness and honesty at Smalltown, and I will continue to go there.

I chose the left side of my mouth for x-rays because I was in pain. The gal was back and forth with the dentist, who was with another patient, asking what she should do. She did this 3 times. Within those 3 times, I'm guessing at least 10 minutes passed where they could of done an x-ray on the 3 teeth and not just 2 that were on the same side. P.S. Dr John isn't here anymore.

What kind of a racket is being run here? I spent over an hour in this office and spoke with a…read moredentist for 4 minutes and was expected to wait additional time to speak to a "treatment coordinator". If you plan to come here for a consult, you will need to clear at least 2 solid hours from your day, if not more. And that 4 minutes cost me $89. I am here to prevent you from learning the same $89 lesson that I just learned. As soon as the dentist recommended full, unconscious IV sedation during minute 3 of our conversation, I knew this was not about me and my teeth but about dollar signs. I am upset with my general dentist for even referring me here!

My dentist referred me to Associated Oral Surgeons to have a procedure done. They said very…read moreclearly over the phone as I stood there, "No consult needed, just schedule the procedure." Then they said, "No. It's not an emergency." I got my appointment scheduled and waited. When I arrived, I fully expected to have the procedure performed. Instead, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes where he recommended I schedule ANOTHER appointment to have the work done that my dentist's office clearly told them to do already. This is nothing short of a billing game to charge $89 for an unnecessary visit and a complete waste of time. This is a clear example of why medical costs are so high. I recommend taking your business to a provider that is interested in performing work for the fees they charge.

I am only writing this because Familia Dental keeps sending me emails, hounding me to write a…read morereview. So, here it is... Everything until the actual check-up and cleaning started was fine. The attendants at the front desk were friendly and the X-ray technician was personable and welcoming. However, that all went downhill. The dentist or his assistant did not introduce themselves. The assistant seemed to be reciting memorized lines, like "brush your teeth twice a day, after meals. Be sure to floss and use mouth wash." The dentist looked at my teeth real quick and told his assistant, "no cavities". Then, the cleaning started. The assistant told me that there would be "water going into my mouth and suction". During the cleaning, water and plaque and whatever else is in a person's mouth was splayed all over my face...during the entire cleaning. Never once was there an attempt to wipe my face or a "sorry". It was disgusting and rude. The dentist was very rough while cleaning my teeth, painfully rough, and quick, like he was trying to race to finish. He left immediately after he felt the cleaning was complete, without a word. The assistant tried to schedule me an appointment, but I declined and she told me that corporate would probably make an appointment for me and send me a message and that I could cancel it. The dentist never said anything to me until after the visit was finished, he popped his head in real quick to say a very speedy "thank you". I have been to several dentists within my lifetime and have gone through many, many routine cleanings and check-ups. This was not normal. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I can see why some people are afraid to go to the dentist with occurrences like this happening. I gave two stars only because the girls at the check-in desk and the X-ray technician were wonderful to interact with, the main point of going to a dentist, the dentist, was terrible though. I will not be returning.

My appointment was at 9 am we didn't get checked in until 10:25 am then it took from that time to…read more11:04 js to take X-ray and we have a lot of things to do and I do not know where my doctor went
