I have been wating on Aspen Dental to correct the damaged they have done over the years by having…read moremultiple dentist working in my mouth. I had a crown that broke off after to much cement was applied that it cracked my tooth so it had to be pulled this was one dentist. a new dentist came in had impression for a bridge,after bridge was put in and I was having severe pain by that time another new dentist realized bridge was placed on infected gums so the bridge was removed also another tooth was pulled. next after healing process they decided partial. had impression for partial. the day I was called in for my partial they realized wrong partial was delivered had to redo impression and order the correct one. Due to treatment of the staff I went to another Aspen location East Peoria another new dentist but the majority of the staff from the orginal location (Peoria IL) I was going to ended up at the E. Peoria location the day of my appointment. what a coincidence. He requested xrays found bone fragment left in my gums from my tooth that had been pulled by Aspen. now they suggested doing an extraction or a root canal. now new dentist says now I cannot have a partial. I have voiced my complaint local, emailed patient relation and called the corpate office . I have been told they are reviewing my case I was told my records in my file where unable to figure out. I have been waiting months. I want them to make my situation right. I would show my mouth but I have to many teeth missing.
