Multiple dogs have free reign over the premises but wearing diapers so whatever ‍ My last visit that forced me back on the streets of predatory corporate storefronts was a cleaning with the best hygienist ever followed by a 30 minute wait in the chair while the doc finished his lunch (valid!) but then ultimately resulted in the disclosure that he had left for the day. Not realizing a patient patiently waited for him to appear. So unserious for bills in the quad digets. I'm now driving 30 minutes (one way!) to Pekin for Vibrant Smiles and I'm good with it.

I almost went back to them anyway because of the horrible experience I had at Aspen when a friend of mine recommended I try Smalltown Dental, and I'm thankful for their recommendation! The staff is very nice and professional at Smalltown! The hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. Aspen didn't explain anything to me, the dentist was very rude, and they didn't have a dental hygienist available to clean teeth! They also referred me to an endodontist and told them they suspected I needed two root canals. The dentist at Smalltown said I do not need root canals, that there is no issue requiring an endodontist to examine my teeth! I appreciate the kindness and honesty at Smalltown, and I will continue to go there.

I chose the left side of my mouth for x-rays because I was in pain. The gal was back and forth with the dentist, who was with another patient, asking what she should do. She did this 3 times. Within those 3 times, I'm guessing at least 10 minutes passed where they could of done an x-ray on the 3 teeth and not just 2 that were on the same side. P.S. Dr John isn't here anymore.

I love Smalltown Dental!!!  Donna did my cleaning, and she was fabulous!  The appt was efficient -…read morexrays did not hurt, she was gentle, and extremely thorough.  I really appreciate her not rushing bc it's been awhile since my last cleaning, and she was very detail orientated; she also offered me various tips to keep up with my oral hygiene.  Dr. Kutkat completed my exam, and she too was wonderful.  Thank you so much for going over my radiographs with me and explaining what you saw.  The entire team is really cohesive, polite, and professional.  Great experience; I highly recommend for any and all dental needs bc Smalltown Dental is top notch quality! Also, shout out to the front desk gals (Vanessa, Jessica, and Dana) who are excellent at communicating - getting scheduled over the phone, getting my new patient paperwork in, and making a payment were easy peasy!

I'd always play them when visiting. Overall, as a child, it wasn't too difficult to get me to go to the orthodontist. Now, as an adult, I've recently gone back to get new retainers. It was hassle free, the staff are all friendly as ever, the price was very reasonable, and they still have the arcade games! Id definitely recommend if you or your child need orthodontic work
