It is a cute little coffee & dessert spot in Winter Garden. I popped in and ordered a lavender matcha latte (iced). The staff were super sweet, and my order was prepared and ready to go quickly. It was not super busy, and I went midday on a Saturday. There's a decent amount of seating, and if you don't want to dine in, you can definitely stroll up and down the area, as there are so many other eateries and businesses to explore on that strip. My lavender matcha latte was really tasty and perfect for the hot summer day. I will definitely patronize this little spot again. It's cute, and the price points are within reason. Visit them if you have not already done so.

He even offered to slice the load of German bread, which I hadn't thought to ask. Great service. We ordered two almond croissants, a plain croissant, two cheese buns, a German bread, and a mini baguette. Everything tasted so good. Each item was wrapped separately and we were given three paper bags. The croissant was just like the ones we have had in France. It was crispy outside and so soft inside. The almond croissants had just the perfect amount of filling and topping. The cheese buns tasted so fresh and soft. We ended up returning a few days later. The lady who helped us this time didn't appear for some time. We stood alone in the front of the store for several minutes. She had us repeat our order three times, and again as she was throwing everything into one bag. It was such a different experience than our first visit. The almond topping got all over the cheese buns and plain croissant due to her jamming all six items into one bag. Fortunately, it was all still good, just a little weird to have the flavours all mixed together in such a way. Had that been our first experience, we may have not returned.

The tour was over the top and goofy with the host interacting with a cartoon. We ended up buying three chocolate bars the hour we were waiting to go on the tour. The Dubai chocolate was way overpriced and the actual chocolate was meh. The filling was good. You get to sample different chocolates which was fun, but the whole thing was chaotic and overcrowded. It is better suited for small children due to the cartoons and over the top acting from the host. I was happy when it was over.

I ended up trying the pumpkin spice s'more at The Ganachery and had such a great visit!…read more Customer Service: The customer service was awesome and super friendly. Dessert: Pumpkin Spice S'more. The flavor was incredible. Instead of graham crackers, I think they use a soft-baked cookie where the pumpkin spice flavor actually comes from. The marshmallows had the perfect amount of gooeyness. To build it, they melted the marshmallow, placed it on the cookie, put a thin square of chocolate on top and melted it with a blowtorch, added the other cookie, and used a stencil with powdered sugar to leave a print of Mickey Mouse with pumpkin ears. Cost: It costs $9 plus tax. Shared with one other person, it was the perfect amount for two! Parking: The garage parking is free with no time limit. Overall Experience: Disney knows how to make themed items, it didn't disappoint! Watching them prepare it right before my eyes at the kitchen window display made it even better. Highly recommend stopping by!

We stood in line for about 10 minutes and when we got to the register, we had great customer service. The s'more took about three minutes to come out. My friend and I were, unfortunately, disappointed. Instead of the graham cracker being crunchy, it's soft and kind of soggy. The graham cracker has a strong cinnamon flavor that took away from the flavor of the marshmallow and chocolate. We were very disappointed and we won't be going back. If it wasn't for the excellent service, this review would be rated lower.
