They should have called or texted. They did not. Their email, if they sent it, never arrived. Perhaps they typed the address incorrectly or perhaps never pressed send. Either way, they are responsible for communicating and they failed. I guess they have enough business that they don't need to be professional. Good for them. The team did an excellent job with the installation and took the extra step of adding shut-off valves on both sides of the unit. I also appreciated that their pricing was the most competitive among several companies I contacted. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Plumbcrazy to anyone needing plumbing work.

However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!
