Were there other options, companies, cheaper alternatives? Maybe. But, my decision was made on a relationship, on trust and on the person. I wish every orlando area home services company was as professional, timely and courteous as the team at David Moss. We needed a full home reduct after remodeling, and from the very beginning through the end we were impressed with the team's expertise and follow through. While we were still in the process of getting quotes, David took the time to patiently answer our questions and explain the trade offs different choices would have, spending nearly an hour with us. Once we selected David Moss, the start date and prep work was clearly conveyed. Upon project start, the team worked diligently and kept us informed of their progress each day. Despite the large project it was completed on time and within budget. They accommodated my request to tuck the new ductwork out of the way of the attic crawl space which was greatly appreciated, and something I suspect other vendors may not have respected as it added time and complexity, but they did it without complaint. I don't normally write reviews despite finding most home service companies through Yelp, but I had to give kudos and thanks to the David Moss team for a job well done, and definitely would recommend them for HVAC projects large and small. read more

Horriblue customer service! Angie the office manager is the worst to deal with. She has zero listening skills and does not care to listen to customers. She threaten if I don't like what the tech did, that she will have her tech leave and I would have to find someone else to finish The job the tech started! And I had a yearly maintenance contract! Unprofessional and rude and shady business para fixed trying to intimidate their customers. She was yelling, talking over me and don't care about what I had to say at all. i will be reporting this company to the BBB. Any company that threatens a customer to make their tech leave because a mistake their tech made and they don't want to listen to a complaint is very sketchy. read more

So very Disappointed with this company. We called David Miss AC to service a Daiken Mini Split unit they had installed. They told me it would take some time as they were busy. Eventually we got an appointment. They sent a technician that did not know the system and did not have the Daiken adapter tools to refill the Freon. That was Friday. On Monday they say they will send a technician out later in the day. Later in the day they text to say their technician is delayed and they will refund my money paid to the first technician, that I should find someone closer to service it. Thanks for leaving me hanging for over 2 weeks. I suggest you don't use an installer that won't service the equipment and don't use a company who do not stick to their word. read more

We made the mistake of buying our new HVAC through Sears. They had the horrible Tropical Air do the install in April. In November the heat wouldn't come on. I called Sears who informed me that Tropical was terminated due to shoddy work! No kidding. Matt from David Moss came and fixed unconnected ducting, holes in the ducts, connected the electrical panel correctly, sealed the new return, sealed the new supply line, properly sealed the old supply, cleaned out the garbage and trash Tropical left in our attic, sealed holes that appeared newly poked on the plenium? DAVID MOSS AC came to our RESCUE!!! Matt was fantastic. He took before and after pictures so I could see the mess and the good work that he did. DAVID MOSS AC is wonderful. If I could give negative stars I would. I own my home and have an eco bee set up for the last few years...in the winter here in freezing FL I have to change a setting for heat. I dont bother bc it's like always hot. Well a friend came to stay a few days and decided to call David Moss Air Conditioning...I asked him not too bc I know the heat didn't work. They came out...they didnt ask me anything j was at work...and the man broke my AC and left with just heat working....NO AC and now I am told I need a new unit. When my friend told me this i told him too have the tech undo whatever he did...I not only didnt let this happen but I need AC. Well they were paid to make my AC not work they do NOT care! I will be happy to provide info bc this is a very real review. I need now a new AC and cant afford it....I am working to find out if I can use them. Also the best way to ensure the BBB has all the details of this situation. I am a single mother and I cant believe they came into my house didnt ask for me or my consent...my visitor bad NO right or consent. I guess my friend thought he was helping but for a company to do this to me is nauseating. read more

I had bad bearings on a broken compressor fan motor that I knew were about to fail at any time and they finally did. I researched how to fix it and thought about doing the job myself, but when it's 98 degrees outside I decided to hand it over to the experts. Matt was my technician. I have met a lot of people in my life, but nothing like Mr. David Moss. I was getting estimates to get my air-condition and Duct work fixed and got all different ideas and some of them were very over my budget. But something was telling me that Mr. Moss was the most talented and knowledgeable to do the job, and I was not wrong. From the first day he came to my house, he was very honest, truthful, caring and watching over my budget. I cannot express my gratitude for David Moss and his Crew! They ALL were amazing in every way. Octavios oversaw the job in my house and every thing he was doing, he was telling me about it. I love this guy , super funny, responsible , professional and most importantly: so caring ! I tell all my friends all the extra things you guys did for us and never charged extra.
