My cottage doesn't lend itself to a three piece suite, un less I swap the dining and living rooms around, so buy individual pieces suits me very well. Their beds seem good too, but I love my own!

The clour schemes are tasteful and I think the prices are fair. If I was revamping a room, this would be one of my first stops. The staff are helpful with out being invasive. Thing is this is in a complex with other competing stores. But I do think this has a better quality.

The furniture is well finished and shows the grain of the wood beautifully. It would be really romantic to think the pieces were handmade in a workshop at the back, but such is not the case. The man who delivers can be a bit grumpy.

In addition this store provides a short cut from one side of town to the other, so it would be rude not to have a rest in the lovely suites. They also sell carpet, and theres a selection of bedlinen. Very friendly staff here.

After 3 unsatisfactory phone calls which were never returned by the manager I was, on the 4th attempt, put through to Elaine Perfect who a) apologised for the error, b)assured me of their intention to provide the highest standard of customer care, and, c) resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. Because of the initial error and the need for 4 phone calls I can only award 3 stars to the store. If I were awarding stars to Elaine she would get all 5!

You can spend ages in here, best not to, go with a purpose and if it's not there try somewhere else. They are helpful, but I don't think they deliver.
