On buying a bed in 2017 I was given some incorrect information which led to an after sales enquiry from me this week. After 3 unsatisfactory phone calls which were never returned by the manager I was, on the 4th attempt, put through to Elaine Perfect who a) apologised for the error, b)assured me of their intention to provide the highest standard of customer care, and, c) resolved the issue to my full satisfaction.
Because of the initial error and the need for 4 phone calls I can only award 3 stars to the store. If I were awarding stars to Elaine she would get all 5! read more
