All went very well as usual but this time I asked for a new teeth guard to be made as my former one had yellowed and was getting a bit damaged I'm always stressed out when I get because I live 2.5 hrs away and the traffic is always really bad especially on this particular visit. So I left and drove a ways and realized I didn't have my new teeth guard. I panicked as that meant more driving and I called and got the answering service. It was probably lunchtime at this point. So I was so upset I'm sure I frustrated the lady on the phone as I was telling her I needed that guard overnighted as I needed it! Then all of a sudden I realized I put it in my fanny pack and found it. I told her never mind that I found it and I was so relieved. I tell this story because the patience thus office demonstrates is amazing. Here I was half crazy thinking I left without my guard and yet the lady on the other end kept her composure and tried to help me! Next time I'm going to leave extra early to avoid some of the traffic and my stress from worrying that I will be late but this dentist is worth the drive.

Dr. Marc Lippas offered substandard dental care to me. First visit about 2013 I told him right…read moremolar with crown hurt when I bit on that side of mouth. Since 2011 and tooth wear testified. Dr. Lippas said "no decay" per xray and I lived with it. 2016 crown replaced due to decay underneath. Two years later tooth/gum swollen and painful. Nerve was dead in that tooth and had been dying since first exam by Dr. Lippas. I had no idea this could occur, however, a dentist... Weeks of antibiotics and root canal: nerve ran through pulp and could not be fixed. Many more weeks of antibiotics and non-network dentist to extract as tooth crumbling by now. Unnecessary antibiotics and very expensive specialist extraction. Walnut Glen got to replace that crown, though. Cha-ching. Beware.

She shredded part of my gum, gave me sooo many zingers because she was in such a hurry, plus a fat lip down the center of my lower lip!! My family is cancelling all future appointments.
