I was given an x-ray, he decided the ridges on my two crowns were giving me the pain due to being to high. So he proceeded to drill (shave down the ridges on my crowns). The two teeth that were giving me the pain, without a Novocain shot. His grip slipped on my cheek and he tore up the inside of my cheek with the drill. Talk about poking an angry bear.... So after being traumatized in the chair he sent me home without antibiotics, in excruciating pain and misdiagnosed. I did make it to my dentist on Monday, both of my teeth were abscessed, I needed an antibiotic. I have never experienced pain on this level, truly. This office is outdated, the equipment was new 25 years ago. I don't recommend his incompetent service's to anyone.

I had one other root canal done by my dentist and…read morehe was a nice enough guy, but I was in a lot more pain afterwards and it took longer to get done. This guy was fast and I was not in nearly as much pain afterwards. Also he was not stingy with the laughing gas. Hallelujah for that. Also I was in a lot of pain and his staff was able to work me in on the same day that I called. I did have a hard time finding his office. It is on the second floor and I had to go up the elevator to get to it. Once I went up the elevator that was by the urgent care I was able to find it just fine. His office contacted my insurance before I went in so I knew what my cost would be. My dentist will do the crown. My dentist was the one who referred me. He said that for molars an endodontist was better than a dentist because the spaces are smaller and harder to clean out. Now that I have been to o e I will just go to him for any other root canal I need (which I hopefully none). It was just so much easier and less painful than when I had a dentist do it and it cost me the same as when my dentist did it.

Review from my GF…read more If I could give them zero stars I would. Literally the worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist is a sexiest, mind numbing, self centered, jerk. He asked me TWICE "what does your husband do?" Both times I replied that "I am a single mother and recently divorced". He never asked what I did for a living. He even had the nerve to ask me "what are you so stressed about?" After telling me that I grind my teeth. Thank goodness the assistant replied before I could, "well the divorce and being a single mom" They told me I needed several fillings fixed - 6 mo later new dentist doesn't see any problems. So they either lied or were trying to make money off of me. I let them attempt to fix a filling that was "cracked and leaking" after they drilled into my tooth they declared that I needed a root canal and a crown. While They did this they needed to "take pictures for insurance" So after it was all said and done I was two hours late for work. They wouldn't let me leave without paying my bill for the surprise root canal. I hadn't expected to pay $600 upfront that day, but they didn't care. They would not let me leave. THEN 6 months later they harass me to come back for a cleaning and I tell them that I won't come back to them they inform me that I have a $360 balance left. I told her to bill me and hung up. Got the bill and guess what my insurance doesn't want to pay for my root canal/crown and I can only speculate, but I think it's because they couldn't prove to the insurance that the work was needed.

For example, I've never had x-rays not pinch with that bite thingy, but she knew EXACTLY where to put it, so it was painless!
