I am a baby when it comes to dental work, so never going to say it is amazing or anything, but I was pretty happy here, when all was said and done. Dr. Burr is my dentist, and I have seen Dr. Hopkins, their contracted oral surgeon, as well. Both have fantastic bedside manner, and once they start, are quick to complete the appointment. My GPS did not do a stellar job directing me here. The office is between Noodles and Company and Café Zupas, and locating those other storefronts is probably the easiest way to find them. Prices seem to be in line with other dentists. The interior of the office is bland, but clean (and I really have not been to a stellar medical office since I lived out East). Even though it is a bit out of the way for me, and there are roughly 38 other dental offices closer, I will likely continue coming here.

Got a second opinion as our kids take good care of their dental hygiene. Only one kid, really needs fillings. Had Holt Dental do the work and they over charged by three hundred dollars. After I got the insurance payment information, I called their office and was told they charge separately if you want to be numb for any dental work. I hated to tell their office help, when you contract with an insurance company you don't get to bill or charge for such nonsense. Lidocaine is part of the services of dental work (at least in decent and honest offices it is). After some resistance, they did agree to refund the over charged amount, but I was warned next time they will charge for the Lidocaine. This is pathetic, please don't go to this office, they are happy to diagnose issues that aren't honest and their business practices are the exact definition of fraud.

I was told there would be a huge consultation fee. Since I had 10k in PIP and they were happy to cover the costs, I asked if they would be willing to collect from PIP. I even offered to have my attorney confirm/guarantee coverage. His office promised to reach out by the 'end of the day', they did not. I called them (two days later), and they refused to make an exception, insisting that everything be paid up front. So really really rigid on policies, even in extenuating circumstances. Most folks I know don't have 10k sitting around. I can only guess that this comes from a place of greed, and given that it's his primary motive, I'm happy to move on to someone who puts patients first.

It was incredibly frustrating. This office took me seriously right away. They listened to my concerns, identified the issue, and fixed it quickly. The relief was almost immediate, and I am finally starting to feel norma again after over a month of migraines. On top of that, everyone in the office was so nice and welcoming--it made the whole experience even better. He would let me squeeze his hand if anything hurt & he would stop. Which was much appreciated, coming from a scared little kid at the dentist. The office is clean, well-kept, affordable. Honestly. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had notified me of this after the very first visit, but instead they decided to continue to set up more appointments and not letting me know until after my bill really stacked up. This was very unethical and I don't recommend this place.
