Alex O. was prompt and courteous. Really appreciate his help! The dispatcher was also helpful and courteous.

Beware! This Tow Truck company is ran by RACISTS!!! The man showed up with an attitude and when we were heading to the desired location he stopped and I got out the car and asked him was something wrong and he said' "I am doing my job" and rolled up his window in my face. Needless to say it went downhill from there. I had to ask him repeatedly to take the car back to original pick up location so we could call another tow truck company. Then I call the office and the woman who answered the phone didn't care either........ The worst. This company deserves zero stars. DO NOT book with this company!!!! read more

Horrible customer service. Driver was very disrespectful and did not act in the best interest of the customer. I would advise anyone considering to use this company to reconsider and take caution. If you read the other one star reviews for this company, you will see the common thread of what I am trying to warn you about here. read more

These guys have been amazing to work with and very patient of our unique situation. I would highly recommend! read more

David & Son Towing - Tow truck - Towing Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Called AAA because of my battery. Waited 2 hours. Arrived, talked with lady in white car (mine is black) at the end of the 7eleven parking lot. She points me out as I'm standing at my car and I wave. He backs up (approximately 100 feet) way too quickly to a tan car at the air pump. Helped them (apparently) remove a nail from the spare ... and LEFT. Thanks Taylor. read more

Do not ever call this Tow Truck!!!! For anything! Please Share They get called out to unlock my van on site. He wanted to use a crow bar! Really! They make the proper tools to plow up and open a window to fit a slim jim in open area! Then he said, "he was below us because of the location we where in!" Seriously!! He mentioned he would get paid no matter if he unlocked the door or not! He said he was a "first responder for AAA and he was going to get me black balled! Really! I've been with AAA since military days over 20 years ago. Using his power to be an unhelpful jerk! He was rude from the beginning. Sorry but there the people that don't take lightly to jerks like these people. Bad driver! Do not call them, you will regret it! Call LockPro instead!!! read more

Towed my car from local okc flea market without leaving any notice. I had my child car seats in there and had to call my brother for a ride and risk my children's safety without their car seats. Other cars were also parked in correctly but they targeted mine. Shady company stay away when in need of towing. read more

I've waited a while to leave this review in hopes that the employee my husband & I met is no longer with the company. The man who showed up to our house was rude and aggressive. He called my husband a "punk" & "mother f*****" because he went to get the mail while the guy was starting to hook up the car. He said that my husband was "checking on him" & when my husband told him that he was just getting the mail the man said "so, you're accusing me of not being able to do my job?!" He then started throwing long metal pipes (or something used for towing). It was terrifying! read more

If you have all day and like to get lied to than by all means call David and sons towing. If you want the job to actually get done call another towing company. We called them for a quote and than we decided to have them do the job, when we called they seemed preoccupied to answer he said he would call us back and after 20 minutes they didnt call back so we called him back and again they said we will call you right back and AGAIN they didnt. Very unprofessional and if I wanted to get lied to I will definitely call them for that. Life is hard enough and when your vehicle breaks down and you call a tow company for help and they flat out lie to you dont put up with it call another. Save your time call someone else. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this business. I was in a wreck, and AAA called them to pick up my car. They were there promptly (during 5:30 traffic on I-44) and were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of working with David & Son Towing through AAA. The driver actually abandoned my car overnight with the key inside, if you can believe it. He arrived to a locked gate, and instead of following procedure and taking the car back to the lot, chose to leave it behind (in the road) instead. Because of this, I found out the following morning that neither AAA, the car shop, nor David and Sons knew where my car was. This meant I had to spend hours on the phone with all three trying to locate the vehicle. Once the shop found my car out on the road (blocking traffic), they called me to let me know what had happened and to emphasize to me that they couldn't believe David and Sons just left the car behind. They then had to put on the spare and relocate it to the shop. David and Sons then called me, telling me the car was "where it needed to be" and trying to blame the mistake on the shop. I told the man on the phone I thought it would be right for him to refund the cash I had paid his driver at the time of the tow, as I most certainly wasn't paying for him to just abandon it in a different location than it was when he picked it up. The man on the phone declined. I then asked if I could speak with someone at the David and Sons office about the issue. He told me he was the only one that works in the office, but he was "out east working on a project so no one is there today." This seemed off to me, but I moved on and asked if there was someone I could call. He said the phone number directs to him. At this point, I ended the call and chose to drive to the office. Lo and behold, when I entered, I was met by the man with whom I had been on the phone for hours that morning. The man who just told me he wasn't there. I reintroduced myself and recapped the situation, again stating I thought it would be right for him to refund my money. Never standing up from his desk, he told me he didn't care what his driver had done, the car was where it needed to be now, so that was that. I've never heard a person say "I don't care" when speaking with a customer so much. I've since contacted the AAA corporate offices to inform them about my experience and strongly recommend that any other companies interested in contracting David and Sons Towing to reconsider. read more

the worst towing company i have ever worked with. I'm a student at the university of Oklahoma and i called him last night to schedule an appointment to meet me for 9 in the morning which they made it seem as if that wasn't possible. next after i set an appointment for 9 in the morning they did not show up for 2 hours until i called them, when the man who sounded intoxicated finally answered the phone (after 3 times) i asked where they were and he hung the phone up in my face i don't understand why i was treated in this manner but they have been the most unprofessional towing company i could ever fathom existing on this earth read more

My daughter was the victim of a DUI. She was hit head on but miraculously walked away unhurt. We were treated with care and respect by everyone involved in caring for her during this extremely stressful process by everyone except the woman at David and Son's Towing. She was unnecessarily rude, discourteous, and insensitive to me and my family. All we wanted was to see my daughter's car, take some pictures, and get her belongings. Instead we were treated like criminals as we tried to retrieve our belongings from our car. She added unnecessary stress to a situation that needed none. In that business she should know better. My daughter was a victim of DUI, not a criminal. We did not deserve to be treated as we were. Please look elsewhere if you are looking for a respectable tow service. read more
