Was told 1 week to 10 days. 3 weeks later I made a second call re what's going on, was told it's lost in mail. I could use some "demos". Said I'd wait. 2 weeks later & im still waiting. I am 72 years old and my husband is 75 years old, And we own a Boston Terrier. My husband and my Boston were waiting outside in 96 degree heat. My appointment was at 12:30 p.m, Mr Webb was visiting with a friend until 1:00 p.m. I asked the receptionist if I was going to see Mr. Webb soon? she briefly answered. Therefore, I mention to her I was going to check on my family waiting in the hot sun. I mention to her I would be right back within seconds, When I returned within seconds Mr. Webb took an other couple of patients ahead of me. I Judy Lopez paid $4,000.00. for both of my hearing aids. I went to see Mr. Webb and it was the most degrading experience. I have worked hard all of my life and have great insurance. When I mentioned my experience to Mr. Webb he dismissed it and gave me minimal care. He became angry and spoke over me. Mr. Webb should not be in practice any longer. He has burn out and is not attentive. He was so angry he did not finish the job of making sure my hearing aids were working correctly. If you care about the quality of life! my suggestion is go somewhere else.

He thinks it is ok to block off parking in the…read morefront of a shared building for his own car to be parked in the shade all day and for his patients but with no thoughts on other patrons who are visiting a neighbor business who share the same building and parking lot! Especially when they are disabled! Mind you there was not a single cone or sign blocking the space we parked in!! He came out and put those up AFTER the fact! My husband has severe mobility issues and is disabled and he had the nerve to confront us and ask us to move our handicapped licensed vehicle for his patients to have preferred parking! For someone in healthcare you would think he would be more empathetic! And when we pushed back because there was clearly enough space for a vehicle to fit in between ours and his he became belligerent and slammed his office door! How professional?? What a pleasant human being! Not!

It wd be 2-1/2 R/T but couldn't bear the thought of not hearing conversations! Kim greeted me warmly and really listened to my complaints and needs. By her expression, she was thinking about solutions. She asked to see them and we went into room where she hooked them to a wire that gave her information on a computer screen. She doesn't yell, doesn't scream as another customer claimed. She's the opposite. She's very sweet and kind. I said they kept working their way out of my ears. She concluded I needed new batteries, that the part going into my ear canal was too large and switched that part out, felt the plastic wires that rest outside ear were too long. Within a few minutes, she'd repaired or replaced items. I reinserted them and it was the BEST they'd ever been! She also explained my Remote and how best to use it. Rather than begrudging the long trip, I was delighted with Kim's skill and that I had made an excellent decision to take the trip to Prescott Valley. I really like the Zounds Hearing Aides. Mine are 3 years old and are now like new thanks to her. I highly recommend both the product, this location and the Hearing Specialist, Kim.
