I called the clinic right after they opened at 8 am, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message asking them to call me back. I called again later, but it went to voicemail once more. There is no option to reach a person directly. Finally, at 2 pm that day, I received a call back, but by then, I had already seen a doctor at another clinic. The billing department is just as frustrating. Calls go straight to voicemail, and they say it will take 48 hours to get back to me. Every time they call back, I am at work and miss their call. They only bother to call once and leave a voicemail asking me to call them back. I've been playing this game for two months. I provided my insurance in he clinic but instead, they billed me the full amount as if I didn't have insurance... I would not recommend this clinic. They do not care about their patients.

september 23, 2020 to: anybody looking for a g.p. doctor…read moreoffice. we (my wife & i) retired here in the prescott area 5 years ago. we sought out a new g.p. doctor's office, to coordinate our medicare needs. we were referred to "rocky mountain" medical, at 1003 division st. 1 suite# 1, prescott 1 az 86301 doctor charles heikkenen, m.d. ... by our new neighbors. dr. heikkenen, has always been courteous, and very helpful. he actually was helpful in counseling me to have the strength to quit smoking. you see, last year in june, dr. heikkenen said he had the thought that it should be time for me to have a "upper body ct scan". immediately after having the ct scan, dr. heikkenen called us, for both my wife and i to come into his office, immediately ! he, bowed his head, and took a breath, and looked me in the eye, and told me the ct scan showed a spot on my lung. he at that moment was more than my doctor, he really cared !!! he immediately referred me to a specialist, and ultimately the specialist rushed me into "cyberknife" radiation in phoenix. today, after treatment, and follow ups, i am grateful to say that my tumor is in "check", and i feel lucky to have a doctor like dr. heikkenen who immediately got me connected, and his continued follow ups, being concerned about my progress. oh, yea, my wife has also been extremely pleased with dr. heikkenen, and his staff, even thou her needs have been minor compared to mine, she is thankful for them. charles and velma shank

My 84 year old mother was complaining about some sores on two of her toes on her right foot. I…read morebrought my mom in to see Lynette Figg, NP. Lynette looked at her foot and toes and said she didn't see any sign of infection. My mom told her there was discharge coming from the sores. Lynette did nothing despite what my mom told her. I ended up taking my mom to a podiatrist I found, he immediately noticed she had sores between her toes that were so bad he could see the bone. By the end of the week my mom was in surgery getting two toes amputated to avoid further infection. Thank God, my mom recovered despite Lynette complete misdiagnosis, how did she not see the bone in my mom's toes. I made an appointment with Dr. Mohindra to see what could be done about Lynette's misdiagnosis. He refused to take any responsibility for his staff and was extremely condescending and pompous.
