I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. The gentleman who did my refill at the front chair seemed extremely distracted and rushed throughout the entire appointment. While filing my nails, he was barely looking at what he was doing and was literally looking out the window at times. It felt like he was just tapping the sides of my nails with the file instead of actually taking the time to properly shape and smooth them. He wasn't necessarily rude to me, but he came across as passive-aggressive and was also very rough with my hands. Once my nails were finished and I had a chance to really look at them, I noticed red polish from my previous set was still visible underneath. I got a French tip, so the base was supposed to be clear, which made the leftover red polish very noticeable. The French tips themselves are uneven and not straight, and the acrylic is bumpy instead of smooth. I understand salons can get busy, but when you're paying to have your nails professionally done, you shouldn't feel like the person doing them is rushing or not paying attention. Unfortunately, based on my experience and the quality of my nails, I would not recommend this salon.

My real issue is two different times that I scheduled with his wife and she screwed up my appointment. I specifically asked to get a new full set of acrylic nails And when I showed up, she said he doesn't do them. And she didn't have time. ask me if I wanted a pedicure, which I already had a week before, that at the same place. More recently, I called the night before. And said, can I please come in tomorrow evening after 4:30 for a pedicure with Quang and she said, yes, tomorrow she told me 5 instead. I show up and again She screwed up my appointment. I called to complain and the owner told me to come in so she could "see my nails", continued to blame me for the gel not sticking saying that I probably garden or my nails are just "too oily" for gel.
