It appears they have a new person in charge of appointments and what not, he seems really nice and easy to work with. We will absolutely be back!

Chi Chi's Nail & Spa…read more Unlike most people who only leave reviews ( negative) when they are unhappy with a service, I tend to post reviews when I am completely satisfied with service. This is why my review is a positive one. What's not to like. The workers, especially HaHa and Chi Chi herself are wonderful people who make you feel like a celebrity. I have been there only twice and everyone knows my name. As far as quality of service, on a scale of 1-5 I would give a 6. Professional, caring and extremely personal. As I mentioned earlier, WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? I don't have any horse in race in the nail business so my review is from the heart. As a previous business owner for 36 years and a published author, I know the importance of a good review. So disregard the few negative reviews customers have left and pay more attention to the positive ones. You will not be disappointed. Tom Hannon
