Yesterday (2/18/20) as my first experience at Daveys Smog. I was told about him by a fellow coaster. Now, Daveys Shop is nestled right behind Ace hardware in half moon bay. I found it easily. Jake- whom is his office manager, (they guy you talked to on the phone primarily), is super rad and helpful and has the nicest personality/hospitality. I was told my SMOG would be 30 minutes and it was done In that time. If you need to wait for other repair service, etc. across the street is new leaf market and other good stuff as well. Lastly, the Shop was clean, professional, and there were no surprises. This is my new favorite car place friends! Go check out Davey and Jake! My steering went out, while driving on 92 heading to work. One of the scariest moments in my life, I called Davey and he was able to get me towed to his shop within 15 minutes, left my car for a looksee while getting a ride to work meantime.
