Their way of fixing the problem was to "accommodate me" by offering me a time tomorrow (a weekday). That sounds like you're accommodating yourself more so than me. That's convenient for YOU. There are people who can only get these kind of services done on the weekend, me included. Then they offered me their branch in Redwood City, but provided me with a Jiffylube address just to get me out the door. But wait.. TO TOP IT OFF, they offered me a "discount" the next time I could come in. The price they offered me was more than; if not the same price I would have paid TODAY for the service. How is that a "discount"? After respectfully trying to see what they could possibly offer to make this situation right...in every single aspect, this was accommodating YOUR COMPANY and NOT me, the customer. Why would I come back? To get denied for another service? I am totally taken back today with this situation. I really hope you put this into consideration for your company. The team took their time, told me about all of the oil change options, offered me a transmission flush and to change my cabin air filter. There was no pressure to get any of the add ons but since I hadn't done any work to the car in a while, I opted for the transmission flush and the cabin air filter change. The team did a great job and made sure that I got the best bang for my buck. They also offer two complimentary car washes from one of the neighboring car washes. All in all, I'll be back!

I asked what kind of oil and immediately was told not the cheap stuff for your BMW- I said good, you passed the test and we laughed. They were awesome. I have since taken my car back to replace my battery and get my engine bay cleaned. Battery is easy I know, but my car is special and I didn't want to deal with it. I was met again with exceptional service- going above and beyond! They respond quickly, provide great service and even throw in some jokes! These guys are seriously so kind (and funny). After leaving, I discovered my car was leaking oil. Given the way I was treated, I'm deeply concerned this was intentional. I can't prove it, but the timing is alarming. I accidentally did a brake fluid exchange twice in this past year and no one told me when I came for the visit which was kind of upsetting. That's my fault for not checking my previous receipts. Wish they checked my account with them so I could've prevented this. Basically wasted $130, but I got my tire rotation done at least. but I'm pretty sad about the double brake fluid exchange incident. I was supposed to get my transmission fluid exchange done instead based off their last recommendation. Not super busy so walk ins are easy. I live far but still come back. The prices are going up though - probably will ONLY come back for oil changes even though it's on the pricier side (hence 4/5 stars). Service otherwise has been great. The owner is the best. The mechanics are okay. I can tell the owner really trained them well.

I found Clarity, which luckily is a very short drive from my house. They were extremely communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Did a full inspection on top of the issues that I brought it in for and they made recommendations, but I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. Ultimately I got everything done anyway and they were so quick. They sent photos of the car and photos confirming the issues they found as well. Not a shady shop at all in my opinion. I also brought it in on a Monday morning, the car was ready by I think Thursday or Friday that week. After dealing with my car sitting at the dealer for months with little to no communication, this was a HUGE relief for me. So I decided to bring it in again to get my new rims installed. Literally within a couple hours the car was ready to be picked up, the process was super easy overall. These guys will be my go to for any future repairs or general maintenance that I need from now on. I highly recommend them. I had told them before hand that the master cylinder was leaking and they told me that it wasnt. Got it home and fluid was leaking down from between cylinder and brake booster.
