I suppose if you call yourself #1 and have tons of plaques and trophies everywhere then your food better be damn good. The sides were not great and barely good. The baked beans with meat was the standout, the coleslaw (vinegar with lite mayo) was good and the potato salad was a bland, tasteless mayonnaise mess. Overall sides I tried were C-/D. The three meats: outstanding ribs, weird pulled brisket (not listed that way on the menu) has a flavoring that was nice for 2-3 bites but then I didn't want anymore, and the dry pulled pork, although not grizzly or fatty, was not great and barely good. In addition, there's only two sauces and one of them was very honey based, and you could taste it the other was hot, but not the kind of hot that hit your tongue right away but sort of last in your throat and lingers. All in all I wouldn't be rushing back here for anything that I had with the exception of the ribs, which again or the outstanding dish

It came at a fair price and left me satisfied without feeling overstuffed. The sides were the real standouts for me--the beans and slaw were excellent. My only minor gripe was the lack of a sweet sauce option. At my table, there was mild, hot, and vinegar sauce, but nothing on the sweeter side. I probably should've asked if they had one. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area.

Highly recommend if you love food that smells like it was made with love, sweat, and possibly a little bit of divine intervention. Oh! One more thing! Somebody give Earnest a raise.

I was disappointed that you could not go inside because of their fear of covid, but, I was able to order and they brought it outside to me. I ordered a half rack of ribs, 1 pound of Brisket, and 1 pulled pork plate with potato salad and baked beans. Back home (South LA) we have a BBQ/Smokehouse we eat from and the brisket is the BEST Ive found so far! But... Glenns ribs are by FAR the BEST Ive had from a restaurant! The taste, the tenderness & I really like the bbq sauce! The brisket was ok. But like I said, once you taste one thats way better ...well... it is, what it is. I am not trying to sound rude or mean, just always love being honest. Someone else may think his is the BEST brisket and thats great! I hope they do! Brisket was $20. bucks a pound. I bought a pound plus a half of rack of ribs. (Ribs were $25. a slab) Now, the pulled pork? Excellent! Very well cooked & even better with the sauce! The baked beans... were the absolute BEST! I wished I had more! The potato salad, was really good too! All around, I give this place a 5 STAR and recommend them to anyone to try at least once! We will order again before we head back home, Im sure. Thank You Glenns BBQ! GREAT JOB! Great service! Very fast & VERY friendly workers!
