But if the bullying and harassing party continues to get physically in the space of the person who was already assaulted, they are expected to allow that person to abuse them again. If you assert yourself and don't allow that person in your space, somehow it's officially an altercation and after the assaulting party leaves, the victim will be demanded to leave as well 20 minutes later. Zero honoring of protecting the space of harassed party as was promised. Zero answer when assaulted party asks "what should I have done when person you said would be told to leave me alone again gets in my face? " Get away from me got not response. Aggressive hand gestures didn't work either. I spent a great deal of money in a place where I just wanted to have a peaceful night. Apparently one is expected to tolerate being verbally harassed and should literally run away from abusive people here. I guess legal recourse only option since rational conversation not respected. Promise to tell abusive party to stay away not honored. And basic standards of respect not on the menu.

I am leaving this review to warn the community about the management and staff at Dave's Place. Following an incident where a regular customer struck a teenager with their truck outside this establishment and fled the scene, the staff actively protected the individual rather than assisting the victim. This Driver, was given access to security footage of the incident (from bar staff) and continued to serve him in the days that followed. Forty-eight days later, when that same individual was finally spotted at the bar and arrested by police, the staff's response was to harass and intimidate the community members who had alerted the authorities. An establishment that prioritizes the protection of an alleged criminal over the safety of a child and the integrity of a police investigation has no place in our community. read more

Usually I would give this place 5 stars. However, I was completely mistreated tonight when I was there. A customer sitting by me most of the night made a comment/joke about the bartender Cassie going out back to do drugs because she was going outside more than she should have. When I came back in, she accused me of saying things about her as well, which I never did. I tried talking to her about it, but she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She then proceeded to cash me out as she was yelling at me and told me she will never serve me again. What kind of service is this? I've been there numerous times and have never had a problem with the bartenders. I don't think this one should be working there. Who knows how many others she has went off on. Gonna lose business if you keep her there read more

I went to Dave's Place last night, and it was a great experience! It was my first time there, and the bartender, on Tuesday night, was absolutely amazing. I think she was really seasoned, because she was working alone and the bar looks like it can seat about 30 people, but it was full (there was another room with games and extra seating). She immediately noticed us and served us right away. She even remembered my name and my order! I was really impressed. The draft selection was great, the pint glasses were icy cold, and the area we sat at was clean. I've been to about four other bars this weekend, and this was the first place I really enjoyed. And guess what? She was the first one to pour a Guinness beer correctly! I highly recommend checking out Dave's Place. read more

This place is a joke...the Saturday bartender Jordan is an idiot...total idiot...I was there with a group of friends for a couple hrs drinking and playing pool...my buddy picked up the whole tab and paid it and then he left...we stayed and finished are drinks...jordans dumb a came up to us and said we still had a tab...which was complete bs...we paid what we could and then we left..the next day my buddy confirmed he paid it..I went there to resolve it and get are money back and no go..Jordan nor the owner called the bar back to fix it..that place is crap and has crap bartenders... Been coming to daves regularly for several months. The atmosphere is almost always amazing. The crowd is usually good, the regulars that go everyday are awsome and super friendly. The Staff is friendly, Kass and Irene are always going above and beyond. If you like taking shots Kass makes the best ones Saturday through Tuesday nights. This is why my visit was only 3 stars. We close our tab and the Ultra rang up $3.50. I know it's only $.75 but...so my husband asks. We are told that Michelob Ultra isn't a domestic beer. Huh? Since when? Yep, we were told they price it like an import. I'm sorry if you poll ten people if they consider Michelob Ultra a domestic beer, all of those ten people are going to say yes.

I felt Jessica the bartender went above and beyond to do her job and make you feel almost like family. The last time my bf and I stopped in we only planned to stay for one drink because we had things to take care of. We never get out of line, and we dont overstay our night out ever. Upon leaving the bar the last time we were approached very rudely by a gentleman looking for a lottery ticket he misplaced. We did not even use the restroom on this visit, and explained that to the other customer and apparently he had jumped to conclusions and thought we took his misplaced lotto ticket, and him and his buddy waited for us to leave the bar. Once we walked out the door, this man had a bad attitude and started making accusations about the lottery ticket he misplaced. I told the guy that he should go inside and ask "Jessica" the bartender to see the video of the spot that my bf and I were sitting at, and then he too will find out that we never left our seats until we were leaving. At that point I then stated maybe he could then apologize for the rude accusations he was making. At that point the other guy was pretty drunk and not wanting to hear anything we said, he only wanted to fight and he made it pretty clear when he went after my bf, and they got into it in the parking lot! After he was done with his bickering with my bf he came after me because I told him to make sure to view that camera and when he finds his lottery ticket later,he could apologize to us. And the guy was still very aggressive, and he even shoved me down in the parking lot. By that time my bf was coming to protect me and we just left the bar. Upon showing up a few days later, "Jay" was bartender and told us we were {86'd} from the bar and upon speaking to others that were there that day they even compared notes, and they found the guy's lottery ticket stuck between the toilet and the wall and I am very upset and hurt that we are treated as the unruly one's, and we only defended ourselves.
