At the estimate, Adam said they would work on the buffing but some of the scratches were rather deep. He said if they couldn't buff them out I would not be charged. I went to pick it up this afternoon and it looked brand new! I was very pleased with their effort to buff out the scratches. The dent repair was very successful. Much cheaper than having to have it re-painted. My good friend, Bird cleaned the highlanner inside and out! Looks fabulous. Thankyou Adam, Bird and crew for a fantastic job. Didn't feel right and decided to get another estimate.....Stephen at Robert's was so helpful. Long story short overall fix will be about 25-30% of the original estimate from the dealership and the fix is just what we asked for.
