I was worried that the experience was going to be confusing because I claimed the damage against the offender's insurance. It seems like the shop was used to dealing with insurance so they knew exactly how to guide me, and I was really happy with the entire experience. I expected a lot of stress with the process but it really wasn't stressful at all. I did have some trouble with timing since I am a teacher and I was working during their work hours so drop off / pick up times were tricky to maneuver for me.
