Working with ILC leading upto the event date about menu, pricing, and guest# was not difficult. I appreciate all the prompt responses and straightforward answers/ info. I was uncertain of going thru with a celebration that way because didnt know exact # of ppl (pay per person) and was getting overwhelmed by changing headcount a cpl times & bk/forth (adding/deleting). Shalyn was understanding & didnt make me feel like I was getting on her nerves or wasting her time. That was recognized & really helped. Overall, I'm just so glad I didnt change my mind! My family & friends talked about our experience for days (even wks after still brought up), we were impressed. And YUM... the food was on point! The chef was creative and very skillful; the plates weren't only visually pleasing but also flavorful. Table setting, plating, serving, and energy was wonderful. Our cups stayed full and our belly. Everyone was super stuffed and more than satisfied. They have a great thing going on, don't miss out. Give ILC a try, very personable. They will work with you. Thanks Shalyn, Thanks Chef! Melinda was in constant communication. She attended my bridal gown appointment, checked out possible venues with me and managed the vendors on our behalf. On the day she set up the venue, greeted our guests and readied my Groom and I to walk down the aisle. Both of our families were in awe of her. She easily mixed and mingled with our guests then seamlessly called them into photoshoots or dinner as needed. We couldn't have done it without her. When I stepped into wedding planning I could only tell Melinda what I didn't like. With her professionalism and endless enthusiasm she somehow distilled it down into everything I loved. I will be recommending Melinda for event planning and coordination from now on, whether it's weddings or otherwise.

I was blown away by the detail..She showed up early to set up and the attention to detail was Great! It was hard not wanting to go start munching while they were setting up because it looked so inviting. From the very start when we were getting dates on paper Leila was very nice and understanding to the craziness that goes into wedding reception planning. She was great with communication and keeping us updated along the way.. That is a huge thing for me.. Juno Bee helped make our reception very nice as when you walked in the room it pulled you to the table.. It was also difficult to decide what to put on the plate as everything looked so good.. AND IT WAS TOO!! From beginning to end EVERYONE was very professional and accommodating.. On a side note.. We had a few family members that had serious food allergies (Peanut and Dairy) and Leila made separate plates to accommodate those allergies to make everyone feel included... Thank You Juno Bee

She responded right away, and as soon as we spoke on the phone, we had a menu picked out surprisingly quickly! I told her about my girlfriend's food likes and dislikes, and she gave great recommendations of her favorite dishes to prepare. On the day of the dinner, she arrived right on time - an hour before appetizers. All I had to do was point her to the kitchen, and she took care of the rest! She prepared the food and also served for our party of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). She even did the dishes as she needed them! She prepared an amazing asian dip served with snap peas and rice crackers, grilled shrimp on avocado and cucumber, a salad with greens, mandarin oranges, feta, dried cranberries, candied pecans with a balsamic vinaigrette, a baked risotto with spinach and artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus, and a macadamia, coconut, panic crusted salmon with sweet chili sauce and wasabi yogurt. She finished the dinner with a chocolate mousse. When the dinner ended, you would never have guessed that a 7 course meal was just prepared in our kitchen. It was spotless. Everyone RAVED about how amazing the dinner was. Overall, she made the evening quite memorable, and I would absolutely positively have Stacy do another dinner for us in the future. HIGHLY recommend.
