I have mice again. When installed Steve clearly told me they were guaranteed to work. He also told me he would be back after a week to plug the holes he found that the mice were coming in from. He said the mice needed a little time to evacuate my home since the sonic repellents would make them want to leave. Also, he came to my house on a Sunday. Not because it was an emergency but when I called him (on fri or sat i can't remember). He said "I'm very booked next week do you mind if I come on Sunday. I said sure. My husband even remembers him saying "thanks for letting me come in Sunday" when he was here. Now his office is telling me it was an emergency. He seems to remember none of this. There's more but I'm too tired. Long story short, don't use this company. In response to below... I'm not trying to strong arm anything. Steve said over the phone, on a call you said you were listening too, "you can keep the devices and we will refund your money for them" then he asked me "is that ok with you?"
