I compared my other options at other insurance companies and could definitely not beat the offers he told me about. Was super friendly and professional at the same time. Doesn't give that salesman attitude a lot of other places give, instead gives a total genuine vibe that makes me feel as a customer that he just wants to help me be covered the best and cost efficient way possible. Will definitely stick around and refer friends/fam! Unless other wise I'll be back and update my rating but i don't see that happening with an awesome representative like this fella. Thanks Shawn!

Well I'm back again and this time as a customer!…read more Let me just first start off by saying that Shawn Phan made the process of getting an insurance quote for my new car about as pain free as could possibly be. I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured! Shawn thank you so much you saved me nearly $100 by avoiding having to pay for the dealerships temporary 3 day insurance, folks you can not put a price on this type of customer service, and while I'm talking about price did I mention that Allstate gave me the lowest rate and best coverage of literally dozens of companies I got quotes from? If you haven't bothered to get a quote from Allstate do yourself a favor and stop by and pay a visit to David and Shawn, I PROMISE they will take great care of you.

If I could give zero stars I would. All the other negative reviews for Neil are unfortunately…read moreaccurate. My husband and I had the same horrible experience. Neil takes it upon himself to make changes to your policy as HE sees fit, not what we request. My husband and I purchased two vehicles. We did our due diligence reporting the changes and requesting he update our auto policy. Not only did he not update our vehicles but when I logged on to the portal I was taken off the policy completely until next month (three weeks away). His excuse was that he did what was best for us financially- ok great, but, but that's not what we asked for. We were looking for accuracy. The last thing I need is to get pulled over and not be able to provide up to date, accurate insurance of the vehicle I own and I'm driving. Unfortunately, it was a series of poor decisions he made that sealed the deal for us to take ALL of our policies elsewhere. Not only did he blow us off for nearly three weeks, but he took it upon himself to make changes to our policies without consulting us. He told my husband one thing and did another. When I called to get clarification he all but damn near hung up on me and told me he was on vacation in Hawaii. Umm, ok, then why did you have all your local OFFICE PHONE NUMBER calls be forwarded to your cell phone when you're on vacation?? Why were you happy to talk to me until I pressed for answers to questions we had asked multiple times in the last 3 weeks??? We finally made the decision to switch agents (to someone with five star reviews), he sent us an email belittling us and telling us he was disappointed in our decision. We were shocked. We took a couple days to decide if we were going to reply. When we did, it was a simple, we are also disappointed, but we had to make a decision in our best interest. Ooh, that really must have made him mad because he shot back with a nasty passive aggressive response. So, here we are, writing this review and hey, Neil, if you decide to reply to us on this forum and deny anything I will post pics of proof (screenshots) so that you don't treat anyone else like crap as soon as you get caught and called on your unprofessionalism. Oh also, I recommend you stop requesting on FB. pretty creepy to request me but not my husband, who you've known for over 18 years.

To sum up Paul Zado State Farm Insurance agent in one word would have to be...WOW!! Like most…read morepeople, every time I looked at auto insurance quotes and policy, it never made any sense until I spoke with Paul I was looking to get a better deal than my previous insurance policy with AAA Insurance--better collision coverage and low premium cost. Paul was so patient, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the quote and coverage to me line-by-line. He spent over an hour with me to come up with a suitable auto& home quote that would match my needs and budget. I gained a better understanding of auto insurance and was able to make an informed decision when choosing an auto & home insurance. I was calling 3 other insurance firms: All State, Esurance, Farmers. None of the representatives tried to explain the policy to me. I asked a question, the answer given to me were all in technical terms. The rest of us would not have understood it (please speak in plain English!) All state's coverage was pretty comparable to State Farm's, but the level of customer service and the price I received from Paul was one of the major factors that persuaded me to join State Farm family I would have to give Paul Zado firm deserves a 5-star rating!
