Me and my sister and her friend went at around 8pm for a fun night. Food was absolutely amazing I didn't drink any alcohol but my sister friend did and loved it. The service during the food portion of our night was amazing, the staff were interactive and welcomed any questions we had. The staff at the game counter weren't as nice it took 5-8minutes to wait for someone to cash out our coupons from the wizard of oz game. The games were a little expensive but reasonable. Great time tonight celebrating our Grand Daughter's 12th birthday this is one of her favorite places. Both girls had the Chicken Tender dinners, my DIL had the Double Cheese Burger which was a meal in itself. Looked very appetizing for sure. I had the Salmon, Green Beans and plain rice. They had no soy sauce to go on the rice had to understand that if you are serving rice. Also no sugar free coke/pepsi on the menu. So I settled for unsweet tea and added a slight bit of sugar. Or waitress did a very good job taking care of us, the girls also bought play cards for the amusement section of the restaurant. They had a blast after dinner that is for sure. As a former resident of Killeen, I was thrilled to see that there was another option for entertainment in the city. The closest one was about an hour from Killeen near the Pflugerville area. Right as I walked in, I could see how new this place was. The bright lights and colorful ambiance made the establishment warm and exciting. You're greeted by a host who asks if you're there for the games or to dine in. I chose the games first. Now the games are a little pricey. I figure the best bang for my buck would be the 90 min play pass. Keep in mind with that particular pass, you have to wait 30 seconds before you're able to swipe the card again. This matters if you have someone else and you want to play together. Was it annoying? Yes but if you managed to go through the temporary pause then it's not a problem. This Dave and Buster's location was smaller than i anticipated. Usually the ones I've been to in Dallas/NY/Pflugerville were a lot bigger and had more interactive games. But out of all of those, this was the nicer one because it was new. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. It was time to eat and I ordered the papi chulo queso which was basically cheese dip with chorizo and pico, I also ordered a half rack of ribs that came with fries and a Caesar salad. My son had ordered honey bbq wings with fries. And for dessert we ordered a brownie bliss. Let me tell you I always love the queso, always. It never has let me down. Now for the ribs. This isn't your top of the line bbq establishment, you aren't going to be blown away by the ribs. The ribs already come pasted with a wet peppery rub that is so overpowering I was getting worried I was not going to like it. It did however have a sauce right by which saved the day. The meat was fall off the bone, tender and juicy. Delicious if it wasn't for the sauce I wouldn't have finished it. The fries were seasoned and were decent nothing to brag about. The Caesar salad was an abomination. It tasted fishy. Why? There was no fish in there. It was just drowned in Caesar dressing. I did not finish that. You could tell it was just drowned in Caesar because the lettuce looked old and not fresh. I don't know about my son's wings but it looks like he liked them because they were gone. The brownie bliss was good, I think what would elevate the experience is the brownie being warmed up but then it would change the dynamic with the ice cream. Great addition to Killeen, this place is very nice you can tell it just opened. Had a very modern look inside, the staff was very helpful and talkative whether they were directly serving you or not. It's what you typically expect from a D&B, decent food and a good family fun environment. Its had a wide variety of games to play, huge bar, nice booth seating section with huge TVs. We there for the first time. New location. Was greeted with a friendly person but will have to say passed off to way to many people. Was told of an eat and play. But no one told me of an eat and play offer. For $19.99. Nor did anyone say about rewards app. Or ask me if I was registered. We got our table and the staff were friendly. Ordered the flat bread pizza and cauliflower appetizer. The sauce was good but too spicy for me so I asked for thousand island dressing.. but got an even hotter dressing- chipotle one I think. Went to play games again when asked how to use the chips on my app was passed to a different location in the back of the game room. . Waitress was great at explaining the menu and game cards. Games and the 90 minute card was perfect for us. But I would never eat here again, we didn't eat any of it. I decided to come to the grand opening, walked in, greeted friendly. Staff was tentative, and diligent. Family and I decided to go with the eat and play combo, Korean wings, and a 12 ounce ribeye. Kind of suck that you can only get potatoes and green beans without having to pay for up charge for a side. The Korean wings was good, but that was very very small. Especially not for $15.99 The burger was outstanding. I will try it again. Overall good vibes, very spacious, and hot food. I think Buffalo Wild Wings is about to be in competition. I was hanging out with my cousins when we decided to do something spontaneous and fun. The teens were hyped the minute we walked in, so there was no turning back. Unfortunately, the crowd was too much, and I was ready to bail. Apparently, my face said it all, because that's when Janice, a literal angel in a D&B uniform, appeared. She kindly explained the waitlist like a seasoned pro, and then showed us how to get game cards from the kiosk so the kids could go off and do what teens do, burn through credits in record time. While they ran wild, we ended up at the bar, ordering drinks, cracking up, and actually having a blast. What started as "Ugh, why did we come here?" turned into "We should do this more often." Poor Service, Misleading Promotions, and a Disappointing Experience On November 1st, our group of about ten visited Dave & Buster's in Killeen around 2:15 p.m. Unfortunately, what should have been a fun outing turned into a very disappointing experience. It took nearly 30 minutes just to receive water, and another 30 minutes for drink refills and additional drink orders. We weren't given straws or napkins, and while our waitress was friendly, she was not attentive. She took all ten orders from memory, which led to four incorrect meals. We ordered appetizers first, followed by entrées about 10-15 minutes later. However, both arrived together nearly an hour later around 4:15 p.m. The appetizers were hot, but the entrées were cold, and one steak salad came out an additional 15 minutes later. At the front, I was told that if I purchased the Eat & Play Combo, my entrée would be free. What wasn't made clear was that this offer applied only to select entrées. After spending around $120 for the combo, none of our meals qualified. When we ordered from the "approved" menu to-go, only $18 was deducted, even though the included meal was valued at $21. To make matters worse, a mandatory gratuity of over $70 was added to our check, bringing my food bill to $376, plus the $120 for the Eat & Play combo, a total of nearly $500. For that price, we expected quality service and a smooth experience. Instead, we left with cold food, incorrect orders, poor communication, and a lot of disappointment. read more

Come for the games. Eat somewhere else. Great arcade for the kids/grandkids. The food was mediocre at best, but the service was great. We had a large party so I got to see a lot of the menu...salad, pastas, apps, chicken tenders, burgers, chicken wings. Games and food are well put together, the employees are very helpful and made the experience feel great, the wait time for drinks and food; even with a full house was max 10-15 min. The games are very clean (which I do understand it is a new establishment). Only downfall is the cash to point ratio, you will have to put in minimum of 50-100$ for good outcome even if you hit "jackpot". But to be honest; it's a great family gathering and will be hopping to go again in near future. (Lots of security officers, as known cus of area) read more

It was out first time here. We came here for our son's birthday. Along with his wife and kids. We planned on eating lunch. I had no expectations whatsoever. Having been to many places like this food is usually cardboard and not worth eating. The host was very accommodating to our party of 7. They were incredibly busy so it took our server Ki/Ky A few minutes to get to us but she stopped by our table and let us know. Once she arrived She was absolutely a delight! She was friendly accommodating and full of smiles and suggestions. Offered to help us in any way including getting us tickets already filled for gameplay. We ordered our food and much to my surprise It was amazing. Everything was so good. If you read my other yelps you know that I wouldn't say that if I didn't mean it. My grandson ordered some shrimp spicy pasta dish and it was absolutely out of this world. In fact the next time we come back I'm going to order that. It was clean everywhere. The only issue I had was when I went to the bar to get a bottle of water and the bartender completely ignored me for several minutes.
