Great for games and drinks! So let's start with that this is absolutely a great place to bring your kids or go on a date to play games. Plenty of things to choose from and the self charging stations make it easy to charge and go. I do find that the prices are inflated in many ways and certainly gong to have games that are not worth the value to play. We like to look at times in the week that the games are half off and for deals on the slower days. The folks at the bar are great and do a good job of putting some decent mixes. I'm a huge fan of the Caribbean Long Island iced tea. Fun to drink while walking around to hang with my kiddos. However, if you're coming for the food, I would consider a few things. Not that the food is all that bad but if it's busy, you'll be waiting a long time. Also, it is expensive and personally some of the dishes are not worth the quality and portions you are paying for. I had no reaction whatsoever, which can be a rare achievement, especially with establishments like Dave & Buster's. My husband had the steak salad and asked it without feta. They brought his food out and there was feta on it. So he told the waitress, and roughly 20 minutes later (after I finished my meal), the waitress brought his food and stated that the steak was just finished cooking. When he and I felt the steak and the onion rings on top, they were cold. While it was good that this time they got it right with no feta cheese, it would have been nice had his food looked as good as it did when they first brought it out. We played for roughly a couple of hours, and on Memorial Day, in the late afternoon, there were hardly any people there. Me and my kids had a good time here the games were fun and not too difficult and the place wasn't overly loud as I expected it to be initially. The food was also surprisingly high quality for a place i expected to be known for mostly there games, i got the bacon burger which was juicy and cooked just right and my kids loved the chicken bites. The staff too were very good at making sure we had everything we needed my oldest son ran out of ranch sauce for his chicken bites and Latosha got him some more and kept us all stocked on drinks for our meal, good service from all there over all. I'm gonna give this establishment a three for now because the only thing we were there for was to play skeeball and air hockey with my lovely fiancé Barbie. The staff at the front desk were very helpful to explain how to play the games. I was disappointed that I didn't see any pinball machines, but I haven't been to an arcade in years and I guess they don't compete with the video and virtual reality games the younger generation like to play. We went in around 9pm. The crowd was light and to our surprise it was a lot of other couples playing games. The kids have an absolute blast playing games here. They seem to opt for playing ticket games with a few of the other games mixed in. Several games are usually out of order at a time. The prize area is well stocked. Kid's seem to like that the prize area is set up like a store. It seems like the prizes at Dave and Buster's are of a higher quality than similar establishments. Card system is made to be confusing. The way they stack the credit system it is hard to tell how much money each game is. Games are not whole credits. Games are 9.6 credits, 6.5... Plus, with the way they are loaded, it's hard to tell how many credits a dollar really is. Tickets also do not seem to properly load onto the card. We were all in agreement that the food here smells better than it actually tastes. Food is generally bland, and a bit stale like. Food may be smelled while playing the games upfront. On our latest trip, the smell made us hungry, so we decided to leave earlier than planned, and go eat elsewhere. read more

The waitress was phenomenal. I took my grandsons here to play and eat. They wanted a half rack of ribs each but they are only 7 and 9. She said that it would be better to get a full rack of ribs and then split it, one bc it was cheaper and two it was a ton of food. She was right. They couldn't even finish the ribs. I got the battered fish but my fish was less than appetizing. It had a bit of a fishy smell and taste and the tartar sauce was just plain awful. The fries were good so I ate most of those instead. I was afraid to eat much of the fish bc I didn't want to get sick later. I didn't say anything although I should have. Eh, the idea of Dave & Buster's seems like a fun time, yet it is sort of a logistical nightmare. I visited D&B as a chaperone for a group of 13 college students (class "field trip", college version). Upon arrival, we were given conflicting information from a manager, our server, and an additional 3rd person who was trying to sort out the mess. We had made reservations and paid ahead of time, however, no one knew which package we had purchased or which menu we were supposed to order from (they offer different limited menus for certain eat+play combos). The food was good. I had chicken nachos and they came in a huge serving; I don't think I heard any complaints about anything that was ordered. The game playing is also confusing. Certain game cards work for specific colored games...and I really had no idea what games came with my package. I struggled to understand the concept of many games I played, which was weird. Well I had high hopes for this place based on what other people were telling me. To me this fell short. First of all when you walk into the place it's not very obvious where to go to get served. When we did find it they were very disorganized and took us in the neighborhood of 15 minutes to be seated. And then to top it all off the waitress paid little attention to us. She took our order, brought us the food and drinks, and then the bill and that was it. The games however were lots of fun and they a lot of unique ones like Ghostbusters and Luigi's Mansion. Now onto the food review.... Bar Burgers And Wings Platter What Is It: This comes with 4 mini burgers on Hawaiian rolls and a small order of Buffalo Wings. Seasoned fries are also included. Presentation: They did some fancy schmancy plating for this and I think it worked rather well. Points here. 9 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: The wings are very ordinary. They aren't really bad but they are ones I feel like I could get at the supermarket. Very bland sauce and very little of it. The burgers were slightly better with the meat being flavoured decently. However it was sorely lacking a sauce. The fries were pretty average. Husband and I decided to check out Dave and busters for an early lunch date. I am not into video games so I wasn't looking all that forward to going. I had been in San Diego and remember enjoying their food and my husband loves video games so we gave it a shot. It was awesome! The food was great- literally not a single thing off with our mini burgers, fries and the bang bang chicken. The burgers were great... we didn't do the special sauce and still loved them! The bang bang chicken was very flavorful and as good as any Chinese restaurant in the area! If I had any complaints I wish I could have gotten a to go cup to check out the games with my soda ($2.99$)... that was frustrating... We already had a game card so just added the game card deal to one meal and it worked out very well... For people like me that don't love video games and grew up in the 70s I was thrilled to find the video games I grew up on... particularly pac man... I had a great time, as did my husband! Was told a thirty min wait because they only had two servers. They wasn't very busy but I understand. Took my kids to play some games waiting on a text/call. Waited 45 min and decided to go and check. At this point there was 2 tables the hostess came up again and after reminding her we've been on a wait they simply say "oh" and sit us. Ordered a backwoods lemonade and then an appetizer (this was a 20 min process) and never received any of it. Server never came back to even get our order. And so we left. Not cheap, but they do offer a lot to do. We started with Lunch, to do the eat and play combo. The Cheesesteak sliders were missing much of the steak, but the sandwich was loaded, so a mixed bag at most on the food side. Our service was great, and our server made it a pleasant experience. The food overall was good enough. On to the real reason we went, GAMES and more GAMES! This is where Dave and busters shines. There's fun stuff to do for kids of all ages. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the menu. I ordered Chicken Parm dish which looks fantastic on the menu. The picture is a fried chicken breast with cherry tomatoes on a bed of lightly sauced linguine. What I received was a big bowl of slop. It was overcooked pasta swimming in a gallon of Alfredo sauce. The chicken was one tiny tenderloin that was pounded thin and pan fried. You could barely find the chicken under the gallon of sauce. Worst of all I found a green grape in my pasta! I informed the server and she took it back to the kitchen. Then a woman manager came to the table and tried to gaslight me, claiming I was wrong, it was a green tomato! It was most definitely a green grape. It was disgusting finding a random fruit in the pasta sauce. My daughter ordered BBQ flatbed pizza. It was hard and burnt. Inedible. The head server took over our table and several others after someone walked out. She worked hard, but others shuffled around.
