half a slab wouldve been plenty, ribs were meaty and tender, falling off the bone, the garlic bread was nothing special but a great addition to the sweet bbq sauce, the fries were seasoned well and a great compliment, a little disappointing that they were covered with ribs and i had everything served to me on a tiny plate, I wouldve liked to have the fries on a separate plate or even a separate plate for the bones as it was alot for such a little place. service was good and the environment was lively, i love that you can get a section with either darts and interested in coming back with a party for that. read more

Me and 3 other adults went here after our Reds game got rained out. We had a fun time reliving our childhood with the arcade games. We did not eat the food or have any drinks. My husband really enjoyed the guitar hero game. One complaint we had are some of the games did not work or did not have clear directions on how to start/play. Another complaint was that when we entered we just had to follow everyone else's lead. We had never been here before and we never seen a worker or got asked if we needed help. The first time I talked to a worker was when I went to cash in my tickets for prizes. read more

Great for games and drinks! So let's start with that this is absolutely a great place to bring your kids or go on a date to play games. Plenty of things to choose from and the self charging stations make it easy to charge and go. I do find that the prices are inflated in many ways and certainly gong to have games that are not worth the value to play. We like to look at times in the week that the games are half off and for deals on the slower days. The folks at the bar are great and do a good job of putting some decent mixes. I'm a huge fan of the Caribbean Long Island iced tea. Fun to drink while walking around to hang with my kiddos. However, if you're coming for the food, I would consider a few things. Not that the food is all that bad but if it's busy, you'll be waiting a long time. Also, it is expensive and personally some of the dishes are not worth the quality and portions you are paying for. I recommend the loaded nachos and appetizers that you can share. Much kinder on your wallet. Also, huge shout out to our waitress Heather! She did an excellent job, super accommodating even with how crazy busy the place was. Regardless, this is a local spot my kids enjoy and we frequent. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews! Come on it's Dave and Busters! Doesn't that get an auto 3 stars alone! Food is elevated bar food but some of it is extra yummy! Their salmon is actually good! Happy hour is phenomenal. My service was exceptional and the staff were prompt and attentive. Fun and vibrant atmosphere. Great place to play and watch the games on big screens read more

I've been to many Dave and Busters locations and I can say that none have felt this hygienic! All the machines/tables were clean, and the area in general didn't have that musty arcade smell. In comparison with other Dave and Busters, this one is smaller and has less games, but the essential games are all there! I recommend the king fu panda game SUPER fun. We had an issue with one of our games and a kind worker helped us very quickly. read more

D & B has a new menu since my last review. We took the kids for dinner and games and everyone enjoyed it! My husband got the salmon and he loved it. I had an excellent burger and fries. My daughter tried the boneless wings and my son got the chicken tenders. After dinner we spent too much money playing video games, but it was a great time. They've really improved the menu, so we will be back! read more

Brought 22 people for an adult Birthday party and Nate, our server, was terrific. We really appreciated the attention, food served in a timely manner and drinks refilled often. Great time! read more

We went on endless boneless night and it was pretty tasty. Our waitress wasn't super fast but we weren't in a rush. The inside was being renovated so the vibes were weird. Still, they had plenty of fun shooting, VR, and popular games like crossy road. read more

Terrible experience at the Florence location. Our server forgot to put our food order in, resulting in over an hour wait. Simple requests were ignored multiple times, food arrived cold, and no manager ever came after being requested. We couldn't even enjoy the games because we were stuck waiting at the table. On top of that, several games were broken or out of service. This is my second visit here with poor service. Dave & Buster's advertises food, drinks, and fun -- this location delivers none of the above. read more

The staff were rude especially Kathrine. Kathrine yelled at my 2 year old for jumping and he has autism. I feel like at place like Dave n busters who cares if a 2 year old jumps he's so innocent. I get it if he got in your way but yelling at someone else's child who's non verbal is beyond me. Maybe yell at me but my son is 2 and was excited he got a prize. He also can't talk because he's 2 so didn't understand all he understood was he couldn't be excited. And I'm raising my son to be happy. Please Kathrine don't yell at anymore kids you yell at the wrong kid and mom something will happen I'm super chill so walked away you got lucky Kathrine. read more

check to make sure how much a drink is. I'm honestly not sure why the rates are so low, me and my partner love playing the games here and eating here for dinner every once in a while. The service to me is a bit slow for dinner, but that's the only negative thing I'd have to say. The food comes out really good and the portion sizes are good as well. The games are fun and it's definitely a good date night/place to bring your family. read more

Highly impressed with the consistency between locations. My fiancé and I ordered the same meals we order when in Louisville and they tasted the same. My salmon was plated differently, but the taste was on point. Nobody really came back to check on us, so the service was somewhat non-existent. We ordered from our phone, but that shouldn't mean we get zero service. We walked around to see if they had different games - to our surprise they did! We played a fishing game, dodgeball, and a couple others. read more

We had a great time while we were there. Great service, very cool modern look, and great food choices. We also went on a Thursday so we basically had freedom on all games We also had this really cool server. Forgot her name though. She was very nice and productive read more

Usually I love this location. I go here to have a nice dinner, a cold beverage and play some of my favorite games. So what do i decide to do for my 28th birthday?? Dave and busters of course. Only to discover that all my favorite games are gone. Ski ball, gone. Zombie shooting, gone. How can you even call yourself an arcade now. Disappointing honestly. #BRINGBACKSKIBALL2025 read more

Dave & Busters had decent food. I had the steak & shrimp Alfredo with zoodles. They were very conscientious of my food allergies. I had no reaction whatsoever, which can be a rare achievement, especially with establishments like Dave & Buster's. My husband had the steak salad and asked it without feta. They brought his food out and there was feta on it. So he told the waitress, and roughly 20 minutes later (after I finished my meal), the waitress brought his food and stated that the steak was just finished cooking. When he and I felt the steak and the onion rings on top, they were cold. While it was good that this time they got it right with no feta cheese, it would have been nice had his food looked as good as it did when they first brought it out. We played for roughly a couple of hours, and on Memorial Day, in the late afternoon, there were hardly any people there. We would definitely come back for the games and fun; but he will never get the steak salad from there ever again. read more

I'm gonna give this establishment a three for now because the only thing we were there for was to play skeeball and air hockey with my lovely fiancé Barbie. The staff at the front desk were very helpful to explain how to play the games. I was disappointed that I didn't see any pinball machines, but I haven't been to an arcade in years and I guess they don't compete with the video and virtual reality games the younger generation like to play. We went in around 9pm. The crowd was light and to our surprise it was a lot of other couples playing games. I would give Dave and Buster's five stars for a Saturday night date night to have a little fun and friendly competition with your mate. We will be going back and editing our review as we go along. The kids have an absolute blast playing games here. They seem to opt for playing ticket games with a few of the other games mixed in. Several games are usually out of order at a time. The prize area is well stocked. Kid's seem to like that the prize area is set up like a store. It seems like the prizes at Dave and Buster's are of a higher quality than similar establishments. Card system is made to be confusing. The way they stack the credit system it is hard to tell how much money each game is. Games are not whole credits. Games are 9.6 credits, 6.5... Plus, with the way they are loaded, it's hard to tell how many credits a dollar really is. Tickets also do not seem to properly load onto the card. We were all in agreement that the food here smells better than it actually tastes. Food is generally bland, and a bit stale like. Food may be smelled while playing the games upfront. On our latest trip, the smell made us hungry, so we decided to leave earlier than planned, and go eat elsewhere. read more

The waitress was phenomenal. I took my grandsons here to play and eat. They wanted a half rack of ribs each but they are only 7 and 9. She said that it would be better to get a full rack of ribs and then split it, one bc it was cheaper and two it was a ton of food. She was right. They couldn't even finish the ribs. I got the battered fish but my fish was less than appetizing. It had a bit of a fishy smell and taste and the tartar sauce was just plain awful. The fries were good so I ate most of those instead. I was afraid to eat much of the fish bc I didn't want to get sick later. I didn't say anything although I should have. The games were fun for the boys but if you did the VR ride it cost an extra $5 each which was a tad bit expensive for what it was. All in all they had fun and thats what really mattered. read more

I've been here a couple of times. If you are looking to have a great time with family and friends. This is the place to be. Be prepared to spend some money. The food is delicious. There is happy hour. So you can go in and have half price appetizers and drinks. So there is that. It's always fun! The games are the best. They have several to choose from for every age group. You can take your whole family and they will enjoy it. If they are into games that is. They even have pool tables and also shuffle board. They also now carry these awesome new bands. That you can wear. Instead of forgetting you left the card at the last game. It is now on your wrist. Soooooooo maybe I have lost and or forgotten about some cards. This new wrist band is awesome news for people like myself. They also have wands and things you can wear around your neck. Now the ticket and tokens are all they run on. So you have to purchase a card to play with. It has a one time activation fee. But you can use that every time you come. But if you miss out and forget it. Welp you will have to purchase another card. read more

Me and my kids had a good time here the games were fun and not too difficult and the place wasn't overly loud as I expected it to be initially. The food was also surprisingly high quality for a place i expected to be known for mostly there games, i got the bacon burger which was juicy and cooked just right and my kids loved the chicken bites. The staff too were very good at making sure we had everything we needed my oldest son ran out of ranch sauce for his chicken bites and Latosha got him some more and kept us all stocked on drinks for our meal, good service from all there over all. Would recommend this place for any other families looking for a place to have fun with the kids. read more

Eh, the idea of Dave & Buster's seems like a fun time, yet it is sort of a logistical nightmare. I visited D&B as a chaperone for a group of 13 college students (class "field trip", college version). Upon arrival, we were given conflicting information from a manager, our server, and an additional 3rd person who was trying to sort out the mess. We had made reservations and paid ahead of time, however, no one knew which package we had purchased or which menu we were supposed to order from (they offer different limited menus for certain eat+play combos). The food was good. I had chicken nachos and they came in a huge serving; I don't think I heard any complaints about anything that was ordered. The game playing is also confusing. Certain game cards work for specific colored games...and I really had no idea what games came with my package. I struggled to understand the concept of many games I played, which was weird. D&B has potential but I'm not sure how long it could hold my attention for. Plus, I don't believe you get a lot of bang for your buck. read more

Well I had high hopes for this place based on what other people were telling me. To me this fell short. First of all when you walk into the place it's not very obvious where to go to get served. When we did find it they were very disorganized and took us in the neighborhood of 15 minutes to be seated. And then to top it all off the waitress paid little attention to us. She took our order, brought us the food and drinks, and then the bill and that was it. The games however were lots of fun and they a lot of unique ones like Ghostbusters and Luigi's Mansion. Now onto the food review.... Bar Burgers And Wings Platter What Is It: This comes with 4 mini burgers on Hawaiian rolls and a small order of Buffalo Wings. Seasoned fries are also included. Presentation: They did some fancy schmancy plating for this and I think it worked rather well. Points here. 9 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: The wings are very ordinary. They aren't really bad but they are ones I feel like I could get at the supermarket. Very bland sauce and very little of it. The burgers were slightly better with the meat being flavoured decently. However it was sorely lacking a sauce. The fries were pretty average. All in all it wasn't a bad meal but not one I couldn't have made better myself at home. 4.5 out of 10 This visit wasn't bad enough to make me never want to come back but not good enough to make me really want to. read more

Best burger in Cincinnati!! My family and I love this place!! Dining in and enjoying the games or ordering out... always great food!!

Good food and great atmosphere! I would definitely go there again. My husband and I had good service.

Husband and I decided to check out Dave and busters for an early lunch date. I am not into video games so I wasn't looking all that forward to going. I had been in San Diego and remember enjoying their food and my husband loves video games so we gave it a shot. It was awesome! The food was great- literally not a single thing off with our mini burgers, fries and the bang bang chicken. The burgers were great... we didn't do the special sauce and still loved them! The bang bang chicken was very flavorful and as good as any Chinese restaurant in the area! If I had any complaints I wish I could have gotten a to go cup to check out the games with my soda ($2.99$)... that was frustrating... We already had a game card so just added the game card deal to one meal and it worked out very well... For people like me that don't love video games and grew up in the 70s I was thrilled to find the video games I grew up on... particularly pac man... I had a great time, as did my husband! And who doesn't love skee ball? Forgot to mention that our waitress was wonderful and went out of her way to get my husband hot tea.. thanks! read more

We went to Dave and Busters on a Friday during a school fall break so the place wasn't busy. The basic idea is fun for adults and their kids and they do a decent job at that. Not cheap, but they do offer a lot to do. We started with Lunch, to do the eat and play combo. The Cheesesteak sliders were missing much of the steak, but the sandwich was loaded, so a mixed bag at most on the food side. Our service was great, and our server made it a pleasant experience. The food overall was good enough. On to the real reason we went, GAMES and more GAMES! This is where Dave and busters shines. There's fun stuff to do for kids of all ages. You can spend a lot of time and a lot of money playing all the games to win yourself ridiculously overpriced prizes. But let's be honest, it's just good fun. read more

Was told a thirty min wait because they only had two servers. They wasn't very busy but I understand. Took my kids to play some games waiting on a text/call. Waited 45 min and decided to go and check. At this point there was 2 tables the hostess came up again and after reminding her we've been on a wait they simply say "oh" and sit us. Ordered a backwoods lemonade and then an appetizer (this was a 20 min process) and never received any of it. Server never came back to even get our order. And so we left.
