We love this Dave & Buster's! It's always kept very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the overall vibe is super fun and welcoming. It's one of those spots that works for everyone: kids have a blast, adults get competitive, and you'll probably end up staying way longer than planned! The prize section is also a highlight. They seem to switch things up pretty often, so every visit there's something new to check out (and convince yourself you need!). First time coming here, I seen this place back in Arizona and today was the first day. I checked it out because they were open for Christmas. I want to check it out and I thought they had a good deals as well too, so I came and it was back when I came in which was 5 o'clock cause that's what they open at for Christmas. Been here once just for a slice of cheesecake to satisfy a sweet tooth. The cheesecake was AMAZING in my opinion but I'm not really a fan of dining in the middle of such a loud environment. I didn't participate in the attached arcade but I can see a family dining here after such festivities. I'd say the menu is your average bar / American Diner type food. Can be a little on the pricey side. Service is a little dicey. We walked in and saw no one. Walked all around the arcade and back and finally saw a single staff member meandering about and we asked to get seated for some grub. It was a little awkward because the restaurant is the first thing you pass upon entering and no one where there to greet or acknowledge guests. They've got a wide variety of games, and the prize room is in the back. We came in the middle of the day during the week, so it wasn't too busy. Our host was nice and the food was decent. If you're in the area, it's a good spot for a family hangout or birthday party. We've been to a few other arcades during travels that offered a bit more in terms of food, service, or prizes, so that might be why this didn't feel quite as memorable. We went late at night, and it was such a nice time because it wasn't busy at all. We were seated right away, and our waitress was so sweet--she came over quickly to take our drink orders and brought them back just as fast. My sister was the only one who ordered dinner since the rest of us weren't super hungry, but she absolutely loved her meal. She ate every last bite, so I know it must've been delicious! After dinner, we headed to the arcade, and wow, there were so many fun games to play! The prizes were great too, and I loved how easy it was to load credits onto a money card--no fumbling with tokens or tickets. My kids have a lot of fun with the racing games, and there is a huge selection of different games for all skill sets. I love how clean it is and that most of the games are in good working order. I have never been to a Dave and Busters until recently and I really didn't know what to expect, except maybe a modern and adult-friendly Chuck-E-Cheese, and it's exactly what I would have expected but with better food, better games, and cleaner. Is this top notch best food ever? No. But is it really good and hitting the spot while you unleash your inner child and play games in between? Absolutely. The reason for the 4 stars is the service was a little slow despite it not being that busy. My fiancé and I visited this location on Super Bowl Sunday. During our stay, we ordered food, vodka sodas, and beer. After the game ended, we went to the arcade and then returned to close out our tab. When we reviewed our itemized receipt, we noticed that our first two drinks were rung in as Tito's soda. We had ordered two double vodka sodas, tall, and at no point were we asked for a liquor preference. All of our other drinks were correctly rung in simply as vodka sodas, which is why the first two charges stood out. We brought this to the bartender's attention, who then involved the manager, Daniel. Unfortunately, the interaction with him was very disappointing. He approached us and said, "What's the problem here?" and then followed with, "Hours have passed and you're just now bringing this up. You see how this seems fishy." We calmly explained that we were only noticing the issue at that moment because we had just closed out and received our itemized receipt. Instead of listening or showing any empathy, the conversation quickly became argumentative and uncomfortable. We had spent several hours there trying to enjoy what was supposed to be a memorable evening, but this interaction left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. The issue itself could have been resolved easily, but the way it was handled by management is what truly made this experience unpleasant. read more

Try to get a table for the fam and you'll be waiting an hour while looking at entire empty sections. Food is terrible and overpriced. But the kids love it so we keep coming back. Came here to catch the Warriors vs. Trail Blazers game, and the staff at the Bellevue location seriously went above and beyond for us. We asked if they could put the game on, and not only did they make it happen super quickly, but they made sure we had a great spot to watch and even followed up later to make sure everything was good. That level of attentiveness and care isn't something you see everywhere--huge shoutout to the team for making us feel taken care of. Also, the food was on point. This is always a fun way to spend time with middle schooler or a high schooler I appreciate that the games are all newer and seem to be in good condition although when there is an issue, it's really hard to find someone that works there. As someone that is gluten-free, there's really nothing that I can order which is very unfortunate. I do find it very strange that they have removed all the extra purell dispensers they had quit in place for the pandemic when this is the place where everyone is touching everything. I love coming here! To start, there are a lot of games to play that will keep you entertained for hours. When you want to take a break, pop on over to the bar and grab a bite or a drink. There are also tables if you have a larger party. Once you wrap up the games, there is a gift shop to redeem tickets. All the staff are friendly and the service is great. Fabulous TV screens, but the service was wanting and the quality of the drinks and food well. We were served bloody Mary's that were mixed with 7-Up. Decided to have something different and ordered martinis extra dry. Please no vermouth. Received martinis that smelled terrible assumed it was removed. This was the start of just an escalating challenge where within receive martinis that have not been shaken over ice, but we're basically just vodka board in the class. Really! Frustrating Experience - Missing Tokens and No Real Help We visited the Bellevue Dave & Buster's on 8/6 and ordered two Eat & Play combos, which should have come with 40 game tokens each. Our waiter scanned our cards, but we never received the tokens. I contacted customer service and provided all the details. Unfortunately, the rep I dealt with, Kimberly Jones, was completely unhelpful. I sent her the info on 8/10, and she responded by referencing a visit from 7/30--completely missing the point. Yes, we did receive tokens on 7/30, but the issue is with our 8/6 visit which I sent all the details to her but she obviously didn't READ! Despite explaining everything clearly, I was still left without the tokens we paid for. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service rep Kimberly Jones wasted more of my time. I'm sharing this so others are aware: customer service is disappointing, and if something goes wrong, don't expect much support. Really unfortunate experience at this location and their customer service ! PS: after I posted this review. The owner asked me to call 1-800 lol is that a joke? especially after I expressed how the CSC wasted my time! The rep is just like you didn't read what I wrote and expected me to spend more time on the issue ! I gave up my missing tokens and won't spend any more time on this matter. Friends and I ordered the ribs to share, and it was below average. I don't expect much from game establishments, but the terrible part was that we got spoiled cole slaw. It smelled old and it had that sour, spoiled taste. When we let the waiter know, he didn't say much about it but he did end up taking a % off our bill. I did enjoy their fries though- perfectly crisp. The drinks we ordered were also really below average, but my standards weren't that high but just an FYI. Also had the Margherita flatbread, which while decent the presentation was extremely lacking, the bruschetta consisted of whole grape tomatoes, julienned shivered red onion that were bunched at one end instead of spread out, the whipped ricotta was in large scooped piles instead of being even slightly spread. Having the tomatoes whole like that with the addition of the mounds of ricotta, while tasty created an overwhelming visual sense to it in my opinion. read more

Although there were only 4 ppl seated at the restaurant area, it still took 5min for us to be seated; 10min before one server to come and say they could only take drink orders and our server would be clocking in in 8min. Gonna be honest, pretty disappointed with my first D&B experience. I was expecting a kind of adult Chuck E. Cheese type gig, but it just felt like a hyper commercialized restaurant. There is not a SINGLE quarter game on the floor, it's all swipe to play stuff with their power cards, which hides the real price behind a chip currency. But after doing the math, a single play on the bigger machines turns out to be 5 bucks. And the LEAST you will be paying is one dollar per play for the small machines. Of which there are no good ones. There is not a single true retro arcade cabinet or pinball machine, instead you will be mainly finding luck games and sponsorship machines. Normie arcade aside, the food is pretty Allright. Like dive bar food, but the good stuff you don't mind eating after slamming your 4th Jagermeister. Then again I don't know why you would eat here since the games are definitely not worth it. Just like, go to the Seattle pinball museum or lucky strike. read more

Food then came out about 30 minutes after ordering and fries were cold. Waitress never checked in on our food or asked if we needed anything. Also noteworthy, baby changing tables in the family restroom and in the women's restroom we're both broken. To top it off in the family restroom, there wasn't even a soap dispenser! That tells me two things, the cleaning staff does not clean the baby changing tables, and they do not report issues to management within the bathrooms. This is a billion dollar corporation and completely unacceptable. We brought up all of our concerns to the manager that day and he did apologize and gave us a gaming credit. Sometimes service can be slow when waiting for food but recently our waitress was welcoming, gave suggestions on food and drinks and made sure we had everything. Celebrated 13 birthday party of my son on Sunday. Invited 15 of his friends, it was such a treat. Kids enjoyed playing games and watching Seahawks game. Let's come to party arrangements. 1. Scheduling is doing over email or site. Coordinator from Texas will give you a call and very prompt over email. Entire booking of party is done over phone/email. Local dave and buster is isolated throughout the process and has no Clue. Though managers at local stores are very helpful and help you decide the area you want to chose. 2. We chose field goal package, consisted of 30$ game play, pizza, mac n cheese, fries and cold drink. You can get free refill for fries and drinks. Pizza seems to be Lower side and wish they refill it at-least once. For 15 kids, I believe we got 25 square slices of pizza, but the slices are small. Kids accumulate lot of points while playing and get pretty good gifts in return of points from the shop. Trust me, those were way better than the retune gifts we have to kids 2. As far as outside stuff for party is concerned, they allow only non ice cream cakes and balloons. 2. On the day of party, we were greeted well and everything worked as planned. You get 2 dedicated servers and they will look after you during the party. They give plates for serving birthday cakes and no shortages of cutlery. I haven't been to Dave & Busters in years and was kind of glad to make the return back to see how it's evolved. The concept of part sports bar, food and games is great idea to me. The running of it all is just so-so though. I came here as part of a work function for my job. First upon coming in. I told the two workers at the desk I was there for part of a group. Both for a couple minutes tried to figure out where the table may be after I gave them my bosses name and the company. They asked me if I was there for other folks, giving me different names. It was a weird interaction. My boss ended up coming to the front and waved us back to where the rest of the group was sitting so maybe this could've been avoided on his part too. We sat down and a few trays of starters came out. Garlic fries, the giant pretzel, nachos and best of all "Fun On Tap" which is even better than a pitcher of beer, it's like a cylinder of beer that looks kinda like a blender. Now that's cool. Problem with the starters were they were cold within minutes. I don't know if it's the trays they used or if the A/C was pumped up, but those nachos and fries were cold real quick. Mind you these were big trays, meant to serve our party of 10+. So not sure what was up with that. Lastly the games area was pretty cool. Plenty to choose from and kids would be sure to enjoy. Problem with some of these games are that they should maybe have a couple workers walk the floors every few minutes or so. The cornhole toss game for example, the toss bean bags get stuck up inside the net, so people like us unexpectedly walk up, swipe our card and only get like 2 bags, because the rest are stuck. If a worker is looking out, they can fix this or help reset the bags so we're not cheated out of play. Overall it's ok here. Between food & drinks, playing some games and being able to watch sports that's good, but some things, the above mentioned to start could use some tweaking. read more

I have no idea why but it's a Dave and Busters thing. The food doesn't need to be good and so it isn't? On announcement we were going there my 3 year old literally yelled "Bad food!" That has never happened. The games are great though. My kids couldn't be more excited to go. The modern arcade is alive and well there. All in all a fine place to go but I really wanted to drop a review and call out the food. I find it strange that a place that brings in so many customers can have worse food than a Chuck E. Cheese.
