Phillip looked in every corner, nook, and cranny to determine how much work, time, and number of crew members. When they arrived, Phillip had a plan in place and a goal for completion. He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out. I called Mrs. Melisa Murdock and sent her the pictures for my backyard to clean the brush and small branch piles. She suggested to come to the site and give me a price. On 9/24/2025 Mr. & Mrs. Murdock came to the site, I and Jeremy Walked the site, and he gave me a price of $1200, I accepted it, and the same day sent them $500 via Zelle. On 9/26/2025 Jeremy with his crew came in and started the cleanup, at 2:00PM he called me and said they are not able to finish it is it okay if they come on Monday the 29th and finish it I told him yes. Around 4:30 called me and started to say that the brush is more than what he thought it will be and gave me a price for! and I need to pay him additional $1200. I told him no. Then he asked me to give him at least additional $600, I told him no, finally Mr. and Mrs. Murdock and I agreed for additional $300 to finish the cleanup on Monday 09/29/2025. Mr. and Mrs. Murdock demanded that I pay them the balance of $700 on 9/26/2025, I did give them a check for that amount. On Monday I texted Jeremy and he texted back that they are not coming. So, they cleaned up only 1/3 of the backyard, very disappointed with Clean Out Galore.
