We were not disappointed this time either. After this last winter storm in February a big limb on our tree came down and we called Mac about 8 o'clock in the morning and left a voicemail. He came by about 45 minutes later and told us he had six emergencies he had to take care of, but he wanted to take our limb down before it came down on its own. He did that and then went on to do his emergency services. He came back one and ahalf days later and completely took care of it and one or two other problems we had. He and his crew were professional, efficient and completely took care of our beautiful trees. I will always call them in the future. I highly recommend Mac for all of your tree needs. We were praying that a trim would give it a second breath but when Matt and his crew came out to work it was found that the tree was rotten in the center.
