Still plenty of extra space. The band performed on the outside deck that overlooked the backyard area. Inside is a bit dated but lots of character. Two bars, small one right inside and a larger u shaped one downstairs. If the stairs are to much no worries, they have an electric chair to get you downstairs. There's a jukebox with classic oldies, a few pool tables and even shuffleboard. Two bathrooms, clean but again dated. This place was perfect for what we needed.

I went here for a luncheon a group of us were invited by members of this esteemed club. They have private parking and a valet a plus. It's light and bright and pretty old school, they have a bartender, nice staff and good food. It was all done up for Christmas as this was the time I went. I believe to become a member you have to be sponsored to join basically like any private club. If asked to join you have "basically arrived" I don't doubt they have other events, like a wedding, prom and other parties as long as your sponsored by a member this is my thought. I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for nearly 20 years and never expected to…read moreexperience what I did. For years, I had no issues--until one of the security guards, an older light-skinned man with dreadlocks who has worked there forever, began targeting me for no reason. On multiple occasions he acted aggressive and confrontational toward me, even though I never raised my voice or reacted negatively. The last incident was the worst. He disrespected me in a way no customer should ever experience, threatened to "f** me up,"* and had me banned despite the fact that I never did anything to him. His hostility seems to stem from the fact that he doesn't like someone I happen to associate with--someone who also never disrespected him. What makes this even more concerning is that the owner appears to allow this type of behavior. I've seen this guard act out for years, and instead of correcting it, it feels like it's been encouraged. Many people I know have had negative experiences at this bar, and some have even lost their lives due to the environment created when drug activity is allowed inside. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the last 17 years, and never have I been disrespected the way I was by someone who is supposed to ensure customer safety. I considered speaking to the owner directly, but based on what I've witnessed, I truly believe she condones this behavior from her staff. After nearly two decades of loyalty, I can confidently say I will never return.

Seriously I e driven past many times and never went in. The grounds are truly special, with magnificent mature trees and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city, despite its urban location. The clubhouse itself is elegant and inviting, featuring soft colors and beautiful spaces that can accommodate a variety of events. Like most private clubs, hosting an event here would likely require sponsorship from a member. The venue offers ample space for weddings, luncheons, celebrations, and other gatherings. There are lovely outdoor areas, as well as an outdoor pool and, I believe, tennis and pickleball courts. The staff was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The food was delicious and well prepared. Another plus is the convenient on-site parking. Overall, this is a beautiful and unique venue that offers a tranquil setting for special events and gatherings.

Our 3 year old has picked up some tennis lessons and we have attended a few brunches (Santa) and happy hours. I foresee us using the Club to entertain out-of-towners and for dinner on special occasions. I will all try to pick up paddle or pickleball at some point. I imagine it's also a good place to network for business (not for me) and to meet people you wouldn't necessarily meet in your existing network.
