After weeks he said claim was denied , I sent him pic of envelop to contest the claim. I have had no email or phone response since, he won't call me and he answers the phone and says this is not Sean but I know it is. This guy is bad news, I bet he never put a claim in since he won't respond, next step nys claims court .

I've worked with Barrie each time, and he has been invaluable with his help in correcting problems before they appeared. For instance, I had some typos on one of my table of contents that he caught before printing. That could have been embarrassing, and he saved my butt! He was also very helpful in fixing an issue that I was having with full page bleeds. And printing is fast! I've been able to drop off files and have printed booklets the following day. I also had some trickier prints, such as prints on vellum and transparency, that they were able to handle beautifully. Also, prices are very very reasonable. I agreed to pay the higher price. When I received my piece, I was thrilled to learn that there was no need to reinforce/add the gold after all. I was only charged $50 and my ring turned out beautifully. In regard to the negative review from another customer below, I'd like to say that Cunningham's takes a photo of your jewelry whether it is to replace a watch battery for $12 or fix a thousand dollar piece. So after a front screen back screen battery…read morereplacement screen protector in case $500 for them to give me a cheap case the phone to fall and drop and break the front glass in that case after specifically asking for a drop proof case they said there was nothing they could do for it the next day got the back glass replaced the battery or so I thought paid my remaining balance called two days the battery was still acting up, not carrying charge. They said to bring it in because of work they couldn't come in later in the week where they said do nothing about the glass because it was dropped, even though I asked for a drop proof case they gave me some cheap case that did nothing. I ended up debating on getting a new phone so I left came back a almost 3 weeks later because my screen was completely They told me they didn't replace the battery that they just cleaned up the wires last time that the battery might need to be replaced this time with the lady said I paid for a said no you didn't. All we did was clean it. I agreed with it gave phone. They fixed the front glass came back and the guy was like yeah we had to replace your battery too and I was like well can I see my second because I can't find the receipt for it after 40 minutes of arguing with me back-and-forth about my battery not being replaced found out that I was charged for a new battery but never received received it so inconveniently me one as a courtesy. If I would've never asked about the battery, how would I have ever known that they even replaced it but charged me for it I find this completely shady and unprofessional after two different employees argue with me and said that I did not have my battery replaced, but I was lying that I was charged for another battery until they finally pulled up the receipt and prove that I was charged, but apparently never received it. Going to get my glass fixed again have a $200 bill forgot my wallet paid for half of it I would come back with the rest. They me an ultimatum and if I don't come in and pay that they were pressing who should the charges be pressed on because I had to wait a whole month to get my services when the Shoes on the other foot you guys deserve it right dead and there completely unprofessional will never do business with them again worst experience I've ever had with any kind of repair shop highly un recommended
