I started our business with them after having long conversations with Bill and his wife, Kris, about how to succeed with their products. They were very helpful and generous with their knowledge. We've tried lots of steel finishing products, but none that gave us as satisfactory colors as these do. One concern though, it is now early 2026 and I seem to be unable to reach them by phone or email after trying for a week. This always seemed like a pretty mom & pop business to me.
