Long overdue for my review, finally got around to it! I recently had the absolute pleasure of…read moreworking with Rudy and his incredible landscaping and design team to completely overhaul our backyard, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, every step was seamless, professional, and exceeded our expectations. If you're on the fence about hiring a landscaper, stop scrolling--this is the team you want. It all started when we decided it was time to turn our new build dirt lot backyard into a functional space for our family. We'd had a few consultations with other companies, but nothing clicked until we met Rudy. I've actually been following their work for a while and finally had the finances to make a call. Right away, his passion for creating personalized outdoor spaces shone through. He took the time to understand our vision--a mix of low-maintenance greenery and an illuminated elevated deck to tie it all together. What impressed me most during the planning phase was how responsive and attentive he was. I must have bombarded him with at least 20 questions about everything from lighting to drainage solutions, and he answered every single one promptly, often with photos or sketches to illustrate his ideas. He truly listened to our concerns, like our worries about watering needs and drainage, and adjusted the design on the fly without any pushback. It felt like a true partnership, not just a transaction. Once we greenlit the project, the execution was nothing short of masterful. Rudy's crew arrived on time every day, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the workers--they were the friendliest, most hospitable group I've ever had on my property. Smiling faces, polite chit-chat, and zero mess left behind. You could tell from the get-go that quality was their top priority. Whether it was precisely leveling the ground for the turf, installing the irrigation system with flawless precision, or installing electrical, everything was done correctly and to an impeccable standard. No shortcuts, no surprises--just solid, durable work that looks like it could withstand a decade of family barbecues and kids' playtime. It's not just a backyard anymore; it's our go-to spot for relaxation and entertaining. Throughout the entire process, Rudy made it a point to check in regularly, ensuring we were happy at every milestone. I can't recommend Rudy and his team enough--they're the real deal for anyone dreaming of a backyard upgrade. We're already planning about tackling the front yard. If you want pros who treat your space like their own, deliver top-tier results, and make the whole journey enjoyable, look no further. Thank you, Rudy, for turning our yard into a proper space!

Work was done with much professionalism. I would highly recommend him. I contacted several other landscapers who didn't even know what to do or how to complete what I was striving for in a water wise landscaping project. Others never even returned my calls after waiting for estimate. Great job Robert! Your crew are the best and would definitely use Elite for future projects.

I told him I wanted my backyard done like my front yard. The ledger stone in front is just the way I wanted it. So he had it right there to use as an example. The first day, his workers only used the large stones; they didn't integrate the smaller stones. Robert came out and we AGAIN explained what he wanted. Placement should be random. The second day I came home to perfectly uniform lines. One row of large stones, one row of smaller, one of large, one of small. (I added a photo to the gallery) After I kicked his guys off the job, he called and couldn't understand my issue. I told him to come look at it, but he obviously didn't want to. He just kept arguing, saying he didn't understand. Then he told me that I didn't understand that the pallets of stone were layered in how they were supposed to used. I may be picky, but I'm not stupid. Oh, I almost forgot. His original quote raised by almost $2,000 when he came to work the first day. He said it was because I made a change in wanting capstone surrounding doors instead of ledger stone. Why, I don't know - when putting of large pieces of stone, 8" x 18", seems easier and faster than smaller ledger stone.

This is our first major contracted work on our new home, and we wanted everything to be as perfect and smooth as possible. We know a few neighbors that went though horror story level issues with their landscaping contractors, and we wanted zero drama. The ratio of pavers and turf highly affects the cost but what hooked us to System Pavers was the complete transparency of the work required for the job, the quality of their sourced materials, and the professionalism of their contracted project manager and construction team! The entire process that System Pavers follows from the in-home visits from the sales team (Christopher Lawson in our case), the online portal that tracks all of the progress and costing, as well as the final work with the management and installation teams (Jose Gonzalez and Juan Carlos) were pretty much flawless in our experience. I don't usually spend time giving positive feedback to companies that only perform the minimum requirement. System Pavers needed to earn our business, and they won us over primarily from the pure professionalism they showed throughout this process.
