This was brushed off as a "minor mistake," despite the fact that the schedule was agreed upon by all three parties--myself, the front desk, and the masseuse. This is not a good first impression, and it shows a lack of communication and consideration for clients' time. If you choose this location, I strongly suggest double-checking your appointments in advance. Personally, I will be taking my business elsewhere where communication and professionalism are taken more seriously.
