I would go 5 days a week because the treatments really helped. But if you can make it 2-3 times a week, those visits will subside your pain. Dr. Dimitri is very kind and such a sweet man. I literally love him! Dr. Higgins is the primary care physician and he is the best as well. He does whatever he can to help you and refers you to great specialists if needed. Dr. Higgins will try to solve all your health problems with what he thinks is best and takes all your conditions into consideration when making decisions. He listens to you and explains everything you may not understand. I love him too! My family and I have been going to LI Advanced Healthcare for a very long time and I really miss them. The receptionist then said "if we don't call you, you'll be good to come in for your appointment" So today I come in for my appointment, because I did not get a phone call!!! I waited about 10 - 15 minutes after signing in on their kiosk for them to call me up and say "did you get a call?" so I say, no I did not. Receptionist then went on to say I'm not covered, so I said well I was told to come in if I did not receive a call, so here I am ... the woman knew I did not get a call because she said so .. they really just wanted the extra business and wanted me to pay 75. I cannot make a comment on how they care for their patients once they are in the back, but the front desk staff needs to work on their people skills and commutation skills!

Me: "perhaps but I just had a few questions fir.. **interrupts** Karen: "We use regular paraffin herbal infused ear cones" (she sounds annoyed so I skip the other question I had) (at this point her cold way of speaking told me I am not going here) Me: What is your name ma'am? My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base.
