I've been going to him since 2010 and he knows what to do to help your pains. He has several different treatments and they all help reduce pain. I would go 5 days a week because the treatments really helped. But if you can make it 2-3 times a week, those visits will subside your pain. Dr. Dimitri is very kind and such a sweet man. I literally love him! Dr. Higgins is the primary care physician and he is the best as well. He does whatever he can to help you and refers you to great specialists if needed. Dr. Higgins will try to solve all your health problems with what he thinks is best and takes all your conditions into consideration when making decisions. I moved to FL last month and wish I could've taken these doctors with me! Their staff are very helpful too. Jenny and Victoria are really sweet ladies and Johanna and Mecca are great girls- I would sit back and talk to them for a while every time I went for an appointment. The receptionist then said "if we don't call you, you'll be good to come in for your appointment" So today I come in for my appointment, because I did not get a phone call!!! I waited about 10 - 15 minutes after signing in on their kiosk for them to call me up and say "did you get a call?" so I say, no I did not. Receptionist then went on to say I'm not covered, so I said well I was told to come in if I did not receive a call, so here I am ... the woman knew I did not get a call because she said so .. they really just wanted the extra business and wanted me to pay 75. I cannot make a comment on how they care for their patients once they are in the back, but the front desk staff needs to work on their people skills and commutation skills!

Karen: Karen. Me: Do you perform treatments Karen? Karen: Yes I said thank you for your time and hung up. My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base. Please...somebody tell me I am wrong and the place is wonderful...Maybe there are nice calming personalities there? It is just basic manners let alone the fact that there is competition who will, if you will not.
