Beware of Stoler Lexus's finance department. They are eager to sell you expensive optional service…read morecontracts, but the second you submit a cancellation, they turn to intentional delay and outright deception. I submitted a formal written cancellation request over five months ago and provided official documentation showing my vehicle loan was paid in full. Since then, they have completely stonewalled me, ignored emails, and refused to issue my refund. Why the deliberate delay? Because processing cancellations forces their finance team to give back the unearned sales commissions they pocketed up front. They are actively stalling to protect their own commissions in blatant violation of New York Insurance Law. This isn't just poor customer service--it is a calculated, bad-faith attempt to keep money that does not belong to them. Formal complaints have now been filed with the NY Attorney General and financial regulatory agencies. Stay far away from their F&I department and decline every single add-on.
