I can't even begin to explain the indignity of having my concerns completely dismissed by the men at the counter who had not the time for my doubts. Or the outrage of being side-eyed and ignored by those same staff when I CAME BACK IN, indeed needing a different product than what they gave me (as I not too delicately tried to tell them before they'd already wasted an hour of my day). Or the boundless incredulity at their utter refusal to listen to my words even as I pointed at the clearly-marked product number on the thing and said "I need a 94R, this is a 96," but speaking over me to tell me that it was exactly a 94R. Oh, that's when the guy who previously ignored my second plea for assistance in order to do some very important cart pushing recognized the issue--dirty rotten stockers putting stuff on the wrong racks--and things began to very slowly become clear for all involved. No, I can't even begin to tell you. Instead I intend to tell their GM and/or regional office.
