Never again. I go…read moreto a salvage yard because I want an OEM part off a vehicle - NOT to get an aftermarket part from overseas (priced 40% higher than I found them online). I was told twice (once by the operator on the phone, and again by the guy behind the counter) that the side view mirror was still on the vehicle and needed to be pulled. When I pulled around to pick up the part though, it was in a new aftermarket branded part. This is after I paid mind you. The part I ended up with has bad reviews on its own (which is why I was avoiding it). That's the first and last time I'll ever deal with this company.

So, if they have your part, it could be a great deal. Their cars are pretty picked over already…read more Small stuff like screws, fuses, relays, clips, connectors are always good to pick up. They usually don't charge for those. Any front-end pieces are probably gone or damaged. Some interior pieces can be salvageable, but most are garbage. Note that their website says the close at 5:30pm but they actually close at 4:30pm for entry which is misleading and has caught me out a couple of times. The people are nice, but they don't know their inventory which changes quickly. They are limited to searches that cannot be broadened so do your research before going and verify before you go that the vehicle(s) you're looking for is still there. Note also that their inventory is virtually nonexistent for anything in the last 10 years. The parking lot is disheveled. Please organize your parking blocks and smooth over your lot. This is not to mention all the garbage in the rows which makes navigating them very difficult. Some of the aisles are so close that you have to go around them. I have found some gems but mostly going there has been a waste of time.

Overall it was a positive experience, however.
