When they were asked to make it right they were rude and unwilling to take responsibility for what they did. ABNORMAL BUSINESS BEHAVIOR!!!! Beware. Read the real reviews very carefully. After waiting…read morethree weeks plus for this company to keep their appointment, a few days days prior to the appointment date I received a call confirming the date followed by another call asking if it was okay to move the appointment farther into the week. I'd waited this long, so agreed. After having the appointment for nearly a month, the day before the appointment they called the third time asking if the time could be changed from 11am to 9 am. Because I work long hours and sleep late, 9am never works. Besides that, I HAD AN 11AM FOR ALMOST A MONTH!!!! Then I was told they would NEVER be able to keep an 11am appointment that 9am was my only option. (All the while I could hear an angry man mumbling in the background) What BS. I WAS FURIOUS. I asked to speak to the office manager's boss and was told he'd return my call. Guess what? As expected, he didn't. Instead, I got an email from the office manager -who doesn't know the difference between to and too- saying this: "I Apologize for interrupting your morning with my call. I am emailing you to let you know unfortunately we are to busy to complete this work for you. We hope in the future you would like to do work with us and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." Fat chance of me ever calling you, you maladapted hacks. I just threw away a month waiting for you to cancel at the last possible minute. This is the behavior of someone seriously impaired. Best to avoid giving Vancuren the chance to screw with you like they screwed with me.
