He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

They came , laid in the middle of the driveway. Also blocking the sidewalk so now people cannot even walk. We can't even try to attempt to park our cars I looked at the receipt that they left in the middle of the mulch. They didn't even put it inside of the mailbox or the mailbox knock on the door. They just left the receipt that is now ripped up in the mulch luckily it didn't blow away. Immediately and let him know that I was upset because the March came a day early with no heads up. Out of the four companies I contacted, Rice's was by far the most responsive. They also offered the best price, which along with the responsive service made for a match made in heaven. Unfortunately they are currently pretty busy, so we had to wait almost 2 months for our trees to be taken down, but it was well worth the wait. We were given a quote less than 2 days after they called. They sent us all the proper forms, including the permit application in Parma, and handled that on their own. On the day of the deed, they were very efficient, there was a 90 minute window where neither my wife or I were home, and the trees were taken down and removed in that time. If I ever need trees taken down again, Rice's will be the first and only place I contact.
