I mentioned that I had tree issues in my backyard, he gave me his business card to contact him. Gave Alberto a call a couple of days later, his response was just awesome! He came by my property, surveyed the job, and presented me with a quote on Friday. The quote was very reasonable, we booked the job and by Saturday early evening it was completed. I am so pleased with the work Alberto and his crew performed on my backyard. I told him how happy he made me! I asked Alberto if he did not mine if I let my sister know about his professionalism and work performance. Of course he did not with that winning smile!

Out of the four companies I contacted, Rice's was by far the most responsive. They also offered the best price, which along with the responsive service made for a match made in heaven. Unfortunately they are currently pretty busy, so we had to wait almost 2 months for our trees to be taken down, but it was well worth the wait. We were given a quote less than 2 days after they called. They sent us all the proper forms, including the permit application in Parma, and handled that on their own. On the day of the deed, they were very efficient, there was a 90 minute window where neither my wife or I were home, and the trees were taken down and removed in that time. If I ever need trees taken down again, Rice's will be the first and only place I contact.
