Matthew was great in person, should have asked more questions regarding features but also wish he would he volunteered some. Josh in finance explained everything, just felt a little pressured on the warranty upgrades. Pros: Received response and electronic qutoe via email within an hour of emailing. Very easy to negotiate with. No hidden fees. Cons: Still took 2.5 hours once we got there even though everything was prenegotiated and felt pressured for add-on packages.

My mom purchased a brand new 2026 Kia Niro from Findlay Kia on August 28 and paid CASH for the…read morevehicle. She made it clear from the beginning that she had absolutely no intention of financing, and her salesperson was fully aware of that. Unfortunately, the finance portion of the experience was unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. The woman in finance spent much of the time on her phone texting, rolling her eyes, slamming papers around, and repeatedly leaving the room for extended periods. She acted visibly irritated throughout the entire interaction. What really stood out was when she told my mom, "Well, I don't make any money off you since you're not financing." That comment made the rest of her behavior make a lot more sense. Apparently, because my mom was paying cash and this employee was not making money from financing her purchase, she did not deserve basic professionalism or courtesy. But somehow, it gets worse. On September 28, exactly one month after purchasing and paying cash for the vehicle, my mom received a letter in the mail dated September 18 stating that Findlay Kia was unable to approve her for the financing terms she requested. Excuse me? She never requested financing. She never intended to finance. She paid cash for the entire vehicle. We contacted Findlay Kia to ask for an explanation, but we were told that all of the financing managers were busy. We were not given an explanation or connected with anyone who could address our concerns. We would like Findlay Kia to explain exactly why my mother received an adverse action or financing denial letter for financing she never requested. Was a credit application submitted in her name? Was her credit pulled? If so, when, by whom, and what authorization does Findlay Kia have showing that she requested or consented to financing? What started as an awful customer service experience has now turned into a much more serious concern. After the way she was treated in the finance office, receiving this letter a month later is extremely concerning. We are requesting documentation showing exactly what was submitted in my mother's name and an explanation of why she received this letter. A customer paying cash for a brand new vehicle should not be treated poorly because an employee is not making money from financing the transaction. A cash customer certainly should not receive a financing denial letter for financing she says she never requested. Findlay Kia has some explaining to do.

My friend and I noticed her Mach-E had a repeated charging error when attempting to charge at a local Walmart on the way back from Lake Mead. She contacted the charger helpline and they did everything they could-including rebooting the charger station. Absolutely, nothing worked. Here we are two girls probably an inch away from heat stroke not knowing what to do. I looked up the nearest Ford Dealer and Friendly Ford came up on Yelp (we had 5 miles left when we arrived to the dealer). We were assigned to work with John T. service advisor. My friend explained the situation and despite of it being an hour and a half to closing, they still took my friends car in so they can see what they can do during this time. We GREATLY APPRECIATED THAT! The situation itself was already stressful but being baked in the heat for so long was not pleasant either. John asked us to wait in their A/C waiting room across from drop off area.. and that seriously brought us back to life. Unfortunately, after failed attempts to charge at all of their chargers, it was roughly determined my friend's charging port had the issue. Since they were not open on Sunday, we would have to leave the car in Vegas. I was very thankful for John and the service team for being so kind, and friendly to help ease both of our anxiety. They were truly our guardian angels that day. Even though we could not get her car fixed before we left, we were glad it was in safe hands; and we were not stranded out in the dessert as a paper weight. We were able to rent an enterprise to get home and John said he would give friend an update later this week once they finish doing a deeper dive into diagnostics. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO FRIENDLY AND AWESOME!

After inlet, I went to UPS to make a return. When I opened my door to get off, I heard a loud pop and I thought someone threw a big rock at my car, but I looked around and nothing. When I left the UPS store and went to get in my car, I heard the loud pop again. I looked around the vehicle and after inspection, I finally figured out that the door was catching on the side panel and now the paint was chipping. I looked on the inside and I also so that a hinge was broken. I called Ford, long story short I went back. I showed it to my advisor William. Afterwards he went to speak to the mechanic. William then proceeded to tell me that the mechanic had noticed it last week and I asked: why didn't anyone tell me?? No answer to my reply. After a while, he just suggested that I go to a body shop. Well, here I am at Caliber Collision see what damages have been made. I was told that it looks like my car was hit , that something pushed it in. The liner and idk what else needs to be replaced. She showed me. It's sticking out. She said the least they can do is they have to replace the liner and that other things she mentioned because it's just a one time use. To make it cheaper for me they won't repaint it. I was quoted $1600. ***I will update if I get a reply from Ford.
