    We had a #Kia remanufactured transmission installed at #FindlayKia at 5325 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Less than 18 months and 29K miles later, the entire transmission needs to be replaced again ($3400-$3700), and Kia America denied all assistance. This is an OEM part they installed, that failed prematurely. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability.

    Love our brand new 2025 Kia Carnival. Husband and I looked at the Hyundai Santa Fe down the street and then came to Kia to check out the Carnival. The space for kids in the Carnival is just a huge difference. We honestly weren't even going to buy yet, we were just looking but Gabriel was the best!!! We just asked for some numbers to kind of compare with the quote at Hyundai of Last Vegas and he exceeded our expectations. Gabriel is a no cap kind of guy. He's not pushy, he honestly just asks questions to see what fits your needs. He went over pros and cons over the two vehicles we looked at that day. He even asked us the pros and cons of the current vehicle. Things we'd never think of why we would chose to upgrade he brought to light. It really gave us peace of mind. Honestly Findlay is such a good company. All our cars are from a Findlay dealership. They are kind and genuinely care about you. But Findlay Kia is probably my favorite out of Findlay VW, Findlay Chevy, and Subaru of Las Vegas. Everyone is the most friendliest at Kia. I will say though Subaru is extremely fast and efficient when it comes to maintenance and oil changes. I'm excited to see how Kia runs the service side of things. I'll definitely come back for an update. Overall we are so happy with our purchase and for the price we were given. It's the perfect addition to our growing family. Cheers!!!

    Had a wonderful experience buying a new Kia Sorento last week & I'm loving it!! Enrique Garcia was my sales guy & he was excellent!! Very kind, patient & helpful!! I would highly recommend his service to anyone in the market looking to buy a new vehicle!! 10/10!

    This dealership is full of manipulative salesmen. They don't care what your budget is and will try to convince you their offer that's $500 above your budget is a great deal. You have to tell them over and over and over again that you aren't interested before they finally understand and leave you alone. After declining the second offer above my asking price, one of their salesmen (Angel) would not stop pushing me to reconsider until I was visibly frustrated. He then asked why I was "offended." I explained to him that I was not offended, but fed up because I had been there 3 weeks prior for 5 hours dealing with this same exact situation and I specifically told him when I arrived that it's okay if they can't give me the offer I want, but I'm not interested in hearing higher offers again and he did not respect that. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence every time I tried expressing I'm not interested in the car and he clearly wasn't listening to me. It got to the point where I was finally so frustrated that even when he told me his manager would give me the price I had originally asked for, I was no longer interested. As I was walking away, he muttered something under his breath that I couldn't understand, but his tone was angry and it was clear he said something rude. Both times, I've left mentally exhausted this place and it's just not worth the energy. Find a dealership who will respect you.

    If you find yourself here, you already know the amazing growth Kia has had over the years, and now you are just looking at the care you will get from the dealership. Well, let me tell you - I have never had such an amazing, quick, and understanding experience at a car dealership. General Manager Tony Smith runs a tight ship with some of the most caring staff. My salesman James made the whole process quick and painless, getting me an amazing deal on a beautiful machine. Jack in finance made the paperwork part super easy, without even the chance of getting carpal tunnel! Finishing up, we found Nemo to give me a walk through of all the new technology Kia is offering, making sure I was comfortable with the new ride. I, too, was surprised at the advancements of Kia. After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly. It's important to celebrate when a company has great team members. Jonathan is a critical reason why I came back to this Toyota location and not another.

I kept googling horror stories lol. When I went to pick it up I was genuinely nervous. Walked around the whole car, looked at it in the sun, took like 50 photos and I could not find the repair. Like at all. The color is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything matches. I actually texted my friend immediately like "I can't believe this." If you've had an accident and you have a Lexus please just go to Universal Motorcars. Especially if you have a dark colored car. They clearly know what they're doing and honestly the whole experience was so much less stressful than I expected. 10/10 would recommend

The cons: hard to get ahold of anyone before you pick up car to verify local pick-up info. I read several reviews of people getting cancelled on because car was not on-site only 30min before pick-up time. This beautiful car I bought (2019 Cadillac XT5 platinum) WREAKED of cigarette smoke. I had already made full payment for the car. I was pissed...nothing I could do except use 7 day return policy. I chose to try and clean the car, changed air filter (was filthy upon purchase), used ozone generator. Still a slight odor remains. Car was surface level clean upon inspection but filthy steering wheel and control knobs (used about 20 clorox wipes to clean off all the grime inside - they all came out filthy brown/dirty after multiple cleanings. Funny that I also saw a story on Amazon in a review of the ozone generator I bought that a person had the same experience of getting a smoke smelling car FROM CARVANA which caused them to have the same problem...so this is not a one time thing. I feel that Carvana was not upfront about cigarette stench infiltrating car...that's shady and unethical business practice in my opinion. Luckily following the purchase, the customer service phone number was helpful in recovering my cleaning costs of the car and refunding the excess registration costs they charged me, but I would NOT do a purchase through them ever again due to the dishonest/omitted info of disgusting car odor. They should have NEVER offered up this car for sale in that condition for being a dealer. That would never happen at a brick & mortar dealership. Price was OK, but should have been way lower with the smoke damage. BUYERS BEWARE!
