Nick is a really good con artist. He sold me a beautiful 2014 Chevy Camaro. The first question I asked was if this car has ever been in a accident. After initially pretending he didn't hear my question, he answer "no". When asked about the shaking in the steering wheel he answered, "it just needs a wheel alignment". When I mentioned the air in the tires was low, he said, "the car has been sitting it just needs some air." Since I paid cash for this car I asked did the cost include registration, he said "yes" my girls will take care of everything. You can blame me for not checking the air conditioning, and missing the leaking fluid underneath the car. But turns out the car had major damage reported, leaking power steering, needs brakes, needed new air conditioning, three rims are no good and two tires had leaks. On top of that, the girls took care of everything except the cost. I had to pay for license plates and registration. While I may have been gullible, Nick is a liar and did NOT refund any money or pay for any repairs. period. read more

I think everyone who has searched for used cars has ran across the garbage on Craigslist and Marketplace. You may have searched on Carvana and Cars.com or even Autotrader, I know I did. If you were acutely aware, you discovered that the protection allowed by Craigslist by hiding the sellers BEHIND an email address, is widely and fraudulently used to capture your email for profiteering. Marketplace is a joke since they widely allow the same and provide no way to warn fellow shoppers. Many used car dealers use the "private party" option when advertising their cars and it is very deceptive and speaks to their credibility. PT Auto Sales and Nick in particular are the exception to most "used car sales" expectations and assumptions. In particular, I needed a low mileage vehicle that I could trust to carry my family across the country without me being with them. Nick provided me with a 2008 Lincoln MKX with ONLY 50,000 miles for less money than most private parties and other dealers wanted for a lesser vehicle with TWICE the mileage. Nick genuinely WANTED to help me, because it was WELL above my budget EVEN though it was a bargain at his advertised asking price. In this day and age everyone bargains, dickers, negotiates or haggles. I was no different, but my reasoning was genuine and honest. Nick was genuine as well and was able to sharpen his pencil, not once but three times to get the numbers right for us both. He was at all times, a professional without the condescending and unflattering platitudes. He was totally transparent and he was all business and it was so refreshing and appreciated. Do not waste your time with Craigslist and Marketplace. Instead invest your time wisely and call Nick. He has a very impressive inventory and he will help put you into a dependable and impressive new ride. Been givin the run arounds about where my title is , sales and the main office has been dodging my phone calls , even leaving messages with no return phone calls back to me . WAS HARASSED AT WORK and humiliated. Multiple police and etc. they was treating me like I stole my car. Then, Was told I'd be sued... The title is in this dealership name. ITS NOT HARD TO KEEP IT REAL. LYING ONLY HURTS YALL IN THE END! When i got the car the Battery kept dying first week i had it. They replaced it for free. Ok cool. Then next thing you know i have no oil and loud breaks that squeak NONSTOP. One of the guys fixed the oil issue but the INCORRECT WAY! I didn't say anything tho. They will sell you a vehicle FAST and act as if you stole a car if you're late on a payment. Wether it's one, or two. Wether it's $100, or $50 They'll act as if you don't pay anything if you're late! This is a shady company in my opinion. Then on top of that since we've had this issue two days ago they've been sounding rude anytime I called with a question or they just don't know what to say playing phone tag. My boyfriend and I have already bought and paid off one car with them last year, and were making payments on two more earlier this year. We've been having issues with Nevada unemployment and haven't gotten paid out yet, and instead of working with us and accepting partial payments to get caught up once we started falling behind, they just came in the middle of the night and took them like cowards. Bought 2 more cars from them this year and them both taken back in the middle of the pandemic while waiting on my unemployment to be paid out. I needed to get a car quickly and with my credit being not so great it was limiting my options.
