Everything seemed fine until I started asking questions about the car, how many keys it has, why the interior was peeling, how it performed certain functions. There were times I had to look for him and once he was laid back in his chair eyes closed with his sunglasses on, just a really crappy attitude. At one point I told him If be interested in another color car, a blue, one and proceeded to tell me that if Im trying so hard to save money why would I spend money to wrap a blue car I didnt like. Blue is my favorite color and showed him a few of my previous cars which were blue.....his tone killed the vibe. Now at 250pm my wife arrived to see the car after her 10 hour shift, throughout the time proceeded to talk over us which I quickly put a stop to. He also advised me that he lost or shredded my file mid negotiation. Another sales came in to save the deal, but told me the car had a $46 smog fee.....it was an EV. Also tried charging $2500 for cleaning it but was dirty all over with some ashy areas on the interior trim. They wanted $1600 for an alarm and $1700 for a paint and fabric protectant spray that obviously was not applied, these fees were not going to be paid by us. They told us to sign a few forms that said we went over the carfax. It was almost 5pm, and immediately they wanted us to sign forms in finance, to include a form since we were paying in cash, yet I told them I was bringing in a preapproved check the next morning. They tried to get me to stay using very rude attitudes and deceiving tactics. I told them I was leaving as was there all day with nothing to eat and they let it be know it was inconvenience. Oh but it got better their Manager Randy came and got shitty with me about signing papers immediately to HOLD the car. Ive never had to sign any finance documents to hold a car for me. Ive paid $250 to hold a car but never sign documents. Yeah we got up and let. I had the preapproval from Navy Fed in my back pocket the whole time. Wr really were going to Uber in the next morning at 9am to finish up on the car. At 19:59, I received this text message from the salesman: Hey the car is sold you didn't want to sign docs to hold the car like we ask so we couldn't hold it a guy came after you left. We still have the gray M3 tho. I know you were tired but we don't hold cars unless the paper we ask you to sign was sign and you refuse. Good luck with car search. Total trash salesmen tactics and habits. Dont ever give this place your time or money. Note: In August 2025 this same company left my car out in the sun for a month, causing my interior armrest to crack and rip, even after I told them to please use the sunshade in my 2019 Challenger Hellcat Redeye as it was well over 105°. I lost $3k in trade in value because of it after they replaced the fuel pump. UPDATE: Just as I went and completed this review, IDX, an online privacy protection service advised me Prestige had conducted a hard pull on my credit which I did not authorize.

The salesman was very helpful and accommodating. We found a vehicle we wanted an it cost about as much as we expected. The next step, waiting to see the finance guy, completely negated all the good work at the beginning. First, there is only one person doing finance on Saturday. Second, the couple that was in the finance office before us was in there for over an hour and a half. I don't know if it was because there was an issue with financing or they were just chitchatting. Either way, I understand the importance of customer service, but my time is precious, too. Fortunately, the finance guy was very polite and very apologetic and efficiently hustled us through the process to get us done. Overall, the results were mixed. Instead of trying to help or explain things, they had a bad attitude and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I left feeling like I was misled and treated poorly.
