He had glasses on, and I could clearly see he was typing nothing into the web browsers. He then insisted on $5,000 upfront for any vehicle on the lot, even for a $15,000 car. He completely disregarded my credit score and insisted on the $5,000 or nothing. This entire process felt dishonest and manipulative, with a clear focus on getting a large upfront payment rather than genuinely helping customers

Dishonest, Unsafe, Predatory Pricing - I am SHOCKED by how badly this turned out…read more It's a family place, they have their kids working there, so while buying a used car comes with risks, I trusted the owners to sell me a decent car to the best of their knowledge. I misjudged them completely. A few weeks after my purchase, still making payments to RT, my car was shaking and making noises. I bring it in, the RT Motorsports - as I paid for $1,000 mandatory package to service the car. Their Mechanic tells me directly, the frame is severely rusted, it's not safe and I would have to get a new car, or "ride it 'til the wheels fall off". I was extremely upset to learn they had knowingly sold me an unsafe car. Putting myself and my daughter in a dangerous situation. I tried reaching the owners to discuss this, they continued to have their daughter and son get on the phone - completely avoided me - no help, very rude at times. WELL, THE WHEEL DID FALL OFF. Luckily I was only driving 25 mph when it happened. Today, I received a letter from them telling me they are *selling the car* with severe rust damage and I owe them $4,000 These people do not care about people. I would not be able to sleep at night if I did business this way, it's truly mind-blowing. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. And do not buy a 2007 Toyota Yaris from them.
