If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend anyone going to these people. I got a car and the following day the check engine light came on. We called them and spoke to Beatrice to let her know the problems of the car. The car shakes and she told us it was the battery and then all of a sudden it was the power steering. The very same day we drove it out we got to our home and all the oil in the car leaked and my garage had a big pool of old oil. We couldn't use it for days because it was also overheating.. the rpm's on the car wouldn't change unless we let go of the gas pedal. We let them know of all the problems the car was having. It got to the point where she wouldn't even answer to us. I had to call out of work multiple times and leave work early multiple times because of the issues the car was having. We ended up taking the car to a shop and the estimate we got was way more than the cars worth. We called to tell them we wanted our money back and wanted to cancel everything because they sold us a car that didn't even work. They ended up charging a " rental fee" of $25 per day. So no do not go to this so called dealership. read more

It's not necessarily that there bad it's just your not their number one priority. It took months for them to order a part for my car. I even paid the mechanic to do work on my vehicle and when it was done it had electrical issues. In the end I just decided to get my car fixed elsewhere. Best thing to do is let them help you get a loan and leave it at that. read more

We had applied for a 2003 Chevy Suburban on a Monday, Tuesday I get a call from Priscilla saying we had qualified, made an appointment to come down on Friday with the money because of my work schedule. Anyways, I call them today to verify my appointment only for them to give me the wrong vehicle information. When asked about the Suburban they tell me "It was sold on Wedneday", did no one think to call? What would have happened if I came in on Friday. Very disappointed, and its either disorganized or horrible customer service. Will NOT be looking here again. I understand they need to make money but a phone call or a voicemail would've been real nice. read more

I purchased a vehicle from them last year putting 4k towards the down payment , so I can comfortably afford my payments. This company took my car for a few hours ago for no insurance (from 12midnight to 1pm) and is active as we speak but tells me I have to pay the car off in order to get my car back or purchase a new policy paying it up 6months in advance . My car note isn't behind . I have had insurance the entire time on my vehicle . Now when it's close to being payed off they pull this . When asked to speak with a general manager I'm told call back on the 28th and that Beatrice would be back from maternity leave . I think it's completely distasteful to do a paying customer the way she just did over the phone like I don't pay my car note or that I havent been making my on time payments the entire time . I was told to refinance my vehicle so they can be paid off . read more

I bought a 2013 Dodge journey from Karla ( supposedly my friend) back in in April 2019. I did not test drive it due to trusting a " friend" ( stupid me) but as soon as I got into the car it was dirty and has a smell to it, and when I drove it off the lot it started to make a knocking sound on the driver side so I texted Karla and told her about it and she told me to bring it back down so I did and they " fixed it" so then I'm driving my car a couple days later and the sound comes back, So I again text Karla and tell her so she tells me to bring it in. I again bring my car in and her mechanic " fixes" it again and this time it was the struts. So I'm driving my car again and what do you know another sound so text her again and it's the "sway bar linx" few days pass another sound so I bring it back now it's the "sway bar itself". A week or so goes by and another sound Soni take it back in and now it's the "back axel" then shortly after the "front axel" so after all of this and her mechanic not properly fixing my car I had my personal friend who is a mechanic look at it when he looked under the hood alone (and by the way when I drove the car off the lot she told me my oil was changed, the coolent was full, break fluid etc) well the coolent was not full and the resavour was not bolted back in just free floating in my car, there was NO break fluid, I had to put in 3 quarts of oil, there were all kinds of nuts and bolts under where the windshield wipers are, and the roaters and breaks were bad as well... Also there was a strange sound and my car shifted rough at times so I told them my TRANSMISSION was going out( I bought a 3 month extended warranty thank God) they kept telling me for 2.5 month that's it was not the transmission, then right before my warrenty was up they were like oh yeah it is the transmission so Karla told me she was gunna have my car go to a " real" shop and have them fix my car since her mechanic wasn't doing the proper job, so I get a call from DRIVETRAIN SERVICE and Mark the owner told me that my transmission was gunna be $3500 and that my warrenty was only covering $1500 so I called Karla and was like why am I paying $2000 out of pocket for a car IV only had for 2.5 months? And she reassured me she would help and that she will find one. Well she found one alright straight out of a pick a part yard threw LKQ and the car the transmission came out of was in a bad accident. At this point I didn't know this, and I also told Karla I did not want drivetrain to work on my car cause I called the shop and asked a some question and they couldn't answer it. Karla told me they would not be working on it, bit when I go to pick it up my car was there and they installed the transmission! Now when I pick up my car after them having it for 3.5 weeks straight Mark the owner tells me they had an issue with the transmission case and the pan wasn't fitting so they " ordered 3different pans" and could get the leak to stop so they decided to put cylicone around the pan to stop the leak and for me to keep an eye out for leaks. A week or so goes by and the transmission is still leaking so I called DRIVETRAIN SERVICE back and td him so I brought it back it and they " fixed" it but when I picked it up it was still leaking. I called them multiple times after that with no response Karla wasn't helping anymore so my car was broken I had to put 2 quarters of transmission fluid in my car every 2 weeks for 5 months because drivetrain would respond to my messages and also yd me they owned my warrenty. And they voided out my warrenty because of the damage that was already on the transmission from the prior accident.. Karlas Kars is shady, their cars are garbage and they charge you in your lease $500 to "fix the car" which obviously they did not and another $500 for " a cleaning of the car fee" which my car was dirty to the point I had spent $70 to detail it after I already attempted to clean it. I referred one of my other friends to this place before I had a lot of my issues and there is a $200 refferal fee which I have not received, and to my surprise my friends car she had for only 2 months and her TRANSMISSION went out too.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR HOW THE CAR WILL BREAK AFTER 3 MONTHS! Karla will tell you that it's crazy the car is garbage cause the " auction gave it a green light" and what that means is if it rolls over the line it works. I currently have an open claim against this dealers bond with the dmv for everything. Beware of this lot! read more

Do not and I repeat DO NOT buy a car from this s***hole. I bought a car from this place being 21 and family knowing the owners I thought I could trust them but I was absolutely wrong. I bought the car in July 2021 and October 2021 my check engine light came on and the car completely stopped while driving it!!! I took it to be looked at and was told the engine had sludge!!! Due to the previous car owner not keeping up with the oil change. The warranty on the car doesn't cover sludge so I turned to the dealership for help. Beatrice at karlas kars claimed a full engine check was done on the car before the purchase and no sludge was present. Mechanic confirmed sludge does not become present in 4 months! Beatrice kept saying she was fighting it with the warranty to pay a new engine and she'd call me back. Never did she call me back, I ALWAYS called her to get an update. The last time I called to get an update she answered the phone, (I recognized her voice so I knew it was her) I asked for her and she put me on a five minute hold then another lady came to the line and said she was in a meeting and she'll call me back. She never did. All she's good at is blabbing. She's a good blabber mouth. Now after being fed up of not having a car, here I am paying for it out of pocket and finding my own mechanic because she didn't wanna provide me hers. Maybe because she knew she sold me a s*** car. Wish there were a zero star. 22k for an 04 f350 with 160k on it. I asked the sales associate if he was sure because I did my homework prior to arrival and found the high blue book price to be around 12k. He got really defensive and started treating me very dismissively. I asked if there was a cash price. His response was yes 23k. Was not said in a joking manner at all. Very unprofessional lot that has no real concept of used vehicle pricing. It's obvious this is one of those lots that prey on people trying to establish credit. They overcharge them for a vehicle and stick them with an insane interest rate. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. read more

Terrible dealership, cars dirty (to hide issues?), kind of a "screw you" attitude from the people, and misleading pricing practices. My experience was to go down there after they said they had the car and when I got there the car was filthy. I noticed some junkyard parts when I looked under the car, so I asked to see the Carfax. The guy who came out said I had to talk to the girl in the office. I go into the office and the girl at the desk (who seemed to be in charge) says only the manager can get the Carfax! So I ask when the manager will be there and she says "She's not here" - this is the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday! Then she names the price for the vehicle and it's $1000 higher than the price listed on Cargurus. When I questioned her about that, she says "That's the cash price" and I said "Don't you think you should label it then?" and she just shrugged and smirked. Stay away from these fraudulent Thieves. I bought a 2005 ford f250 a few months ago from them and put $10000 cash down to get my truck. Everything was set up so that my payments would come out of my account directly every month. well last month they ran my card and it was declined. it was declined because at the time they ran the payment my social security benefits were being deposited. so rather then run my card again or try to contact me they came to circus circus where my truck was parked next to my fifth wheel and used a key they still had , took my truck, never told me it was a repo, almost ran over 3 kids in the campgrounds and also ran over my foot when i caught up to them at a red light. now for the past 4 weeks I've been trying to get my personal items from the truck and all i get is a run around , hung up on or told id be called back. Nothing ever happens. Then the have the balls to charge me $75 to retrieve all my personal items from the truck. Ive contacted a lawyer and soon this will all turn around. this place is garbage and should be shut down!!!! read more
