The four stars are for those, mostly women (18 to 6 males), leaving those honest reviews. You have saved me stress and bail $ by NOT buying from these people... Surprised they can still walk and talk! read more

Funny how the "owner" only has nice things to say to all the FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS and not a word to ALL the disgruntled former Autoworld customers walking, not driving around town. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please, if you work hard for your money and your time is important to you DO NOT buy a car here. I have never witnessed such a fiasco of a s%#* show of a business in my life. They ALL lie and are the SHADIEST characters I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. They sold me a car, gave me NO inspection report and 2 weeks later when I was stranded by the road because something blew, they supposedly fixed the problem. A few months later when inspected by a real mechanic I found out the work they said they did was never done. Brought it back to them to really fix it, and they held my car ransom for 10 days because they wanted to charge us for fixing something they supposedly already fixed and we wouldn't give them a dime. Finally got the car back and these SCAM ARTISTS did something to my A/C where it DOESN'T work anymore, my A/C ran just fine before bringing it back to them. They must of been mad that they had to give me my car back, after threatening them with getting the police involved and we didn't pay anything. So I was stuck driving around in the summer with no A/C.. Good one guys, way to sock it to us yet again. In order to help any other people yet to get involved or already involved with Autoworld I've compiled a helpful list and I would be more than happy to print out a poster size to hang on the ghetto front door to help any customers along dealing with these people... Fun facts about Autoworld - In most cases they can probably get you into a car, and then swiftly out of one when it breaks down - $500 down, 1% of people have the credit to get that "deal".. - ..That 1% does not car shop @ Autoworld - Don't fret, whoever sold you the car will "quit" as soon as you try and get repairs from them - Job titles-- Shmob-titles, Any Autoworld worker will represent themselves as any job title they need to be at anytime: from salesperson to collections agent and of course my personal favorite "service manager" - Callers beware, they have caller ID and they will use it. - If they put you on hold, you will stay there - Get used to terms like "he's in a meeting" & "he's with a customer" - Also, "He'll call you right back" means you're more likely to hear back from the President of the United States of America - Some days Caesar may quit, Chuy will step in for him - Caesar is Chuy - Some days Ryan may quit, CaesarChuy will step in for him - Beware of the "service" waiting area. "You're car is almost done"= put your feet up, stay a while - 5 minutes in real time = 1 to 24+ hours Autoworld time - Who's David? apparently a man named David was my "Salesperson".. according to my paperwork - The woman we were dealing with for the whole car buying experience from picking out the car, to all that paperwork signing, must of been a figment of my imagination - Pete will take the heat, from all of CaesarChuy & Ryan's f*%$ ups and/or quitting their job fiascos.. but will still get you nowhere - The White House of Autoworld: * Vice president- David?? * Secretary of Defence - Ryan * Secretary of Treasury - CaesarChuy * Homeland security - Pete read more

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. It's a freaking crap hole. Don't even bother buying here. Purchased a 2012 Ford Focus in february. The $500 down doesn't exist period. In fact, they have you lie to the bank when they call you to ask how much you put down. They'll do anything they can to get you in a car to get their money. Also, their service managers aren't very intelligent. Took my car to redeem my warranty, the guy working on the car told me the part was ordered, my car would be ready the next day... guess what? The guy didn't show up to work. Wasn't answering phone calls, he was just gone. So they let some other associate takeover the work. Called us said it was ready to pick up, we get there, the car doesn't start. So how the was it "ready?" They then say take it to Ford. Mind you, we already told them exactly what we felt was wrong with it which was the transmission control module. But they switched out our ignition switch for no reason, and charged us $80 for a battery they say they supposedly replaced. Went to autozone to check the battery... guess what? It's the same battery I purchased back in May. They charged me just to charge me. Go somewhere else, guys. read more

This is the worst company. I dealt with i took a friend in to get a car they said dont matter on credit just good income and can get her a car 500 down when there sales rep said can get her a car bout 5000 down for a 2005 car dont waist your time its a scam read more

All of these 5star reviews are fake! I got a car from here and not only was the selection very poor but they messed up all of my paperwork. I was in there for hours trying to sign work and they were very unorganized and I was about ready to walk out without a car. Not ever 2 days later did my car start malfunctioning and then it completely broke down with my kids in it. I ended up stranded on the rode with my children while they towed it and when I finally found a ride to Auto World they went through my entire car! It turns out that there wasn't a warrant for the vehicle I purchased so they ripped me off and there went thousands of dollars! The workers were disrespectful and rude. They made me feel uncomfortable and treated me like an uneducated child. Do not trust this scummy place, they will rip you off! read more

Found this place on Facebook- it stated $995 down and $250 a month payment for any vehicle--oh noooo! You pay $1000 today and have 30 days to pay another $1000 and payments are almost $400 a month! Very disappointed! We drove from southwest Vegas clear to Nellis and wasted our Saturday to get deceived! I guess if your credit isn't the best, you are bound to get screwed! Also, the good reviews on this company are workers! Hmmmm read more

This place is ridiculous and horrible. They get you down there with the $500 down and you drive off the lot shit, but the catch is they want you to lie too the bank saying you put down the full $1500 (without the $1500 down your contract is NOT VOID with the bank) they sell piece of shit cars. I bought a car from the on 09/27/14 and only drove it for a week straight other than that it's been at the shop I ended up canceling my contract with them on 10/16/14 and I couldn't be any happier. read more

This place is trash!! The car lot looks like a junkyard and they really expect people to buy one of the cars! Mario is arrogant and rude also! He hung up the phone on me when I was asking him questions about a car on their other lot. He also talked bad about Pablo (salesman on the lot on Freemont) and was upset with me because I went to that lot instead of working with him. I should've known better, especially after seeing a guy holding a sign outside of their dealership (if that's what they want to call it) saying "DO NOT BUY FROM HERE"!!! read more

I would give a negative rating for this dealer. They are really unprofessional, unethical and have absolutely no honesty in conducting business whatsoever. I went there to purchase a used Honda Accord. Negotiated a price and paid an advance. Was told that the car will be ready in two days, as some final tuning is needed. No news after 5 days. After a few calls, they avoided picking up my calls. I had to call from all my friends numbers to get them, every time. And every time they kept giving different reasons for the car not being ready, and promise to call me the next day, and they never did. After 10 days of intense following up, they told me that the owner is asking for $1000 more. I got a written agreement for the price I negotiated for and it is illegal to ask for more money. But they never even bothered about that. I had to fight with them for almost 20 days to get my advance back. There are hundreds of others willing to sell cars. There is absolutely no need to risk your hard earned money with some dis-honest people like these. read more

This is the WORST place to do business. Do not ever buy a car from them. I bought a car from them. They told me with my bad credit this is all i could get. Wouldn't even let me test drive. I'm paying twice what it's worth. Exactly two months later the transmission went out. A transmission that is 'under warranty' since they just put it in three weeks before I bought it. They are making me pay 900 bucks to fix and they put me on the bus for two weeks! They keep promising a 'loaner' car. I think this is just a rouse though since I still have to get up at 2:30 am to catch a bus to get to work on time. read more

I just want to say have any of you people complaining filed any complaints with the better business bureau. I have gotten a car from auto world and it was a great car. Yes the $500 down is BS, but unless you have great credit they all will advertise something then when you come in its a different story. Auto world wanted $1500 down from me...I only had $800 so they did let me make payments for the rest of the down. Your reviews on here may help other people, but filing complaints with the BBB would be much better. read more

Car broke down after two week of lot told me to give a good review for free oil changes gave food review on google but only because they tell you you will get something free but it's not true after they get your money they don't care period cars are messed and so are there attitudes read more

DONT GO HERE!!!!! No rate for this place. Very shady. 500 down and you can drive off.... Yea right. They give you a car that needs work and you take it to them to get it fixed and they say its your fault.. Take your money to a different dealership read more

do not buy here! do not do business with them. let me tell you the lies they have told in a short amount time. there cars are not worth the money and they have too many sales people in your business. dont leave your 100 deposit because they will sell the car and act surprised!! they have lemon ass cars. true story,be careful. read more

This place is ran by a bunch of con artist! Like most used car lots they will tell you whatever they need to tell you to get you to drive off in one of their cars and get your money. But this place they are full of liars. every time I come in there for whatever issue that I'm having with the car that I leased from them there's always a heated moment where a customer comes in yelling about them not fixing their car. And now I see for myself they really don't fix cars ,they won't even give me a copy of my warranty! As a matter of fact the first time I took the car through the carwash I start noticing your whole bunch of nicks and dents they were obviously covered up upon purchasing. They offer a 36 month warranty upon leasing the cars but always find a reason not to give you a copy of the warranty. I was desperate for a car lot when I found this one Something told me wait till next day and find another lot. These people have had my car a number of 9 times in the three months that I purchased it and nothing's been fixed, check engine light still coming on read more

Purchased a vehicle and within 30 days I was already dealing with problems. Went out of my way to get the vehicle back to them for service. Picked up my vehicle only to have it break down on me the same day. Now Im getting the run around. Please proceed with caution and avoid the headache I am currently dealing with read more

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. I have read the reviews and I have been through the same things. I got a Tahoe truck in May 2017. When I left the lot I was advised I needed tires, wheel alignment, brakes and the 3rd row seat was to be ordered. Every time I called I was told a mechanic would contact me back. Beginning of October 2017 I was able to talk to a Terrance guy and he advised me to bring the truck in. My truck was there for 3 weeks. I CALLED AND CALLED AND EVERYTIME WOULD BE TOLD MY TRUCK WOULD BE READY THE NEXT WEEK. I demanded the truck back and was advised everything has been fixed. Once I got the truck back I started getting notifications that my engine running hot. I called them and they sent a tow to pick up the truck. Now they saying its my clutch fan. Mind you I never had problems with my engine until they worked on truck. Now they want me to pay 190.00 to fix the fan. I WENT BACK TO GET MY TRUCK SAYING F%^&$ IT... CHEWY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE TRUCK WITHOUT PAYING THEM THE 190.00 TO FIX IT AND THE TOWING FEES. I WENT BAZERK!! Started telling their customers there what really goes on. TERRANCE tried to go big in front of the customers as if I was lying cause he work off of commission. Lionel I must admit tried to fix the situation by stating the 190.00 I was asked to pay was 50% of full costs and labor as it was covered under the warranty. I took my truck somewhere to be fixed and come to find out they missed up the fan on purpose and it don't cost 190.00(half), with whole total according to auto world would be $380.00 to fix. The fan is 117.00. MIND YOU I NEVER PAID THE 500.00 DOWN. THAT'S HOW THEY GET YOU IN. YOU WIND UP PAYING BALOON PAYMENTS EVERYTIME YOU GET A PAYCHECK. THEY ALSO HAVE YOU LIE TO THE BANK WHEN THEY CALL YOU. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR 2500.00 DOWN ON A CAR THAT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY. I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES TO BACK UP EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID. FOR PROOF I CAN BE EMAILED AT KHARRISJOE@HOTMAIL.COM read more

Terrible customer service, untrustworhty, would do anything and say anything to sell a car, if you put a down payment pay in cash. Cars are in good condition. Take to get inspected just in case.. I would not recommend this place ever. Please women take a man with you. They try to get over on women read more

I didn't even buy a car from here but my gf's experience was absolutely terrible. She gave them all the money they asked for which was $1850, initially paying 1600. We had to come back for the last $200 and paid that on a Saturday. After we did that they acted as tho we never paid it. When my gf's statement clearly showed there was a $200 charge from them and they STILL DENIED THAT WE PAID THEM! After checking with other co-workers they realized that his other co-worker didn't put the receipt in the proper place. The financing department guys were extremely shitty. Then the car itself was terrible never had a through inspection done. (Which they blamed my gf for) they neglected to check the car from the start and it started having issues and they neglected to fix them without payment. The only thing they cared about was getting their money. There was one guy who was a decent and not a shifty human being. (Slim) other than him this place was terrible and the worst experience I've ever been through and I didn't even buy a car... Slim if you're reading this get outta there while you still can. read more

I would give negative stars if I could very unprofessional. cars look good but the everything else is broken my engine blew a couple months then the guy had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't be driving so much I shouldn't be driving my car so much like okay took it in to get it fixed came back to check on it they left the windows down as it was raining may I add cane into my car they smoked something in there and my sister broke out in hives they wanna argue everything and make it sound like it's your fault lynol or whatever the hell his name was like to put the blame on you and make it seem like it's your fault and then he had the nerve to try and give me a engine with more miles on it and to add the last car I had the brake line broke and I ended up totaling it I would not recommend this company to anyone I know or even my worst enemy avoid this place and all the ones next to it cause they own all of them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL avoid at all cost save your money and your time read more

So I bought a Nissan Cube from Auto World originally. I honestly was at the end of my rope walking in there. I spent the entire day there and walked out with the cube. While driving it home the engine light turned on. I took it back and they said they fixed it but could not tell me why it came on in the first place. A few days later it came back on. They told me it was too much to fix and that they would put me in another car. They basically blamed me for a them not inspecting the car. They ended up upping my payment but over $100!! When I got upset they told me they wouldn't sell me a car because I was being difficult. I put $1850 down. Originally putting down $1650 and then coming back to out down the other $200. When I asked for my money back they held my $200 hostage saying I never paid it when I had bank statements saying I did. They are very shady. While I was there, they always had customers in there yelling about how crappy their cars were. Oh yeah, when I went to get my car inspected they stole my AUX cord, and my beats headphones and claimed they never saw them in the car. Slim was the inky guy who was remotely decent and seemed honest. The finance team are all super shady. Good luck with this place, they're terrible. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE, Worst experience. Bought a vehicle here about a year and a half ago, first vehicle I bought was a Toyota Camry hybrid and after two days the vehicle broke down and had to get towed then there way of trying to make that experience better was to get us into another car which was a Nissan Altima and after 3 months the vehicle started to have brake issues and swerving while braking. I bought the extended warranty and could not get any help from the dealership I was told to call the 3rd party warranty and resolve it my self. Ran a car fax and saw that the vehicle had been in an accident which the dealership did not tell me about. After going to speak with the manager of that location he was no help stating that after age of the vehicle wear and tear occurs and they cannot help and was very insulting calling us nieve and unintelligent. His name is Terrence and he handled the situation with disrespect and stated "you were customers 1 1/2 years ago but you are not customers now" those were his exact words as a buyer of this poorly ran establishment I highly recommend that you do not do business with them. They pay no attention to what condition the vehicles are in. They do not care about the customer they only want your money. DO NOT BUY HERE read more
