Funny how the "owner" only has nice things to say to all the FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS and not a word to ALL the disgruntled former Autoworld customers walking, not driving around town. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please, if you work hard for your money and your time is important to you DO NOT buy a car here. I have never witnessed such a fiasco of a s%#* show of a business in my life. They ALL lie and are the SHADIEST characters I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. They sold me a car, gave me NO inspection report and 2 weeks later when I was stranded by the road because something blew, they supposedly fixed the problem. A few months later when inspected by a real mechanic I found out the work they said they did was never done. Brought it back to them to really fix it, and they held my car ransom for 10 days because they wanted to charge us for fixing something they supposedly already fixed and we wouldn't give them a dime. Finally got the car back and these SCAM ARTISTS did something to my A/C where it DOESN'T work anymore, my A/C ran just fine before bringing it back to them. They must of been mad that they had to give me my car back, after threatening them with getting the police involved and we didn't pay anything. So I was stuck driving around in the summer with no A/C.. Good one guys, way to sock it to us yet again. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. It's a freaking crap hole. Don't even bother buying here. Purchased a 2012 Ford Focus in february. The $500 down doesn't exist period. In fact, they have you lie to the bank when they call you to ask how much you put down. They'll do anything they can to get you in a car to get their money. Also, their service managers aren't very intelligent. Took my car to redeem my warranty, the guy working on the car told me the part was ordered, my car would be ready the next day... guess what? The guy didn't show up to work. Wasn't answering phone calls, he was just gone. So they let some other associate takeover the work. Called us said it was ready to pick up, we get there, the car doesn't start. So how the was it "ready?" They then say take it to Ford. Mind you, we already told them exactly what we felt was wrong with it which was the transmission control module. But they switched out our ignition switch for no reason, and charged us $80 for a battery they say they supposedly replaced. Went to autozone to check the battery... guess what? All of these 5star reviews are fake! I got a car from here and not only was the selection very poor but they messed up all of my paperwork. I was in there for hours trying to sign work and they were very unorganized and I was about ready to walk out without a car. Not ever 2 days later did my car start malfunctioning and then it completely broke down with my kids in it. I ended up stranded on the rode with my children while they towed it and when I finally found a ride to Auto World they went through my entire car! It turns out that there wasn't a warrant for the vehicle I purchased so they ripped me off and there went thousands of dollars! The workers were disrespectful and rude. He hung up the phone on me when I was asking him questions about a car on their other lot. Found this place on Facebook- it stated $995 down and $250 a month payment for any vehicle--oh noooo! You pay $1000 today and have 30 days to pay another $1000 and payments are almost $400 a month! They get you down there with the $500 down and you drive off the lot shit, but the catch is they want you to lie too the bank saying you put down the full $1500 (without the $1500 down your contract is NOT VOID with the bank) they sell piece of shit cars. I would give a negative rating for this dealer. They are really unprofessional, unethical and have absolutely no honesty in conducting business whatsoever. I went there to purchase a used Honda Accord. Negotiated a price and paid an advance. Was told that the car will be ready in two days, as some final tuning is needed. No news after 5 days. After a few calls, they avoided picking up my calls. I had to call from all my friends numbers to get them, every time. And every time they kept giving different reasons for the car not being ready, and promise to call me the next day, and they never did. After 10 days of intense following up, they told me that the owner is asking for $1000 more. I got a written agreement for the price I negotiated for and it is illegal to ask for more money. But they never even bothered about that. I had to fight with them for almost 20 days to get my advance back. There are hundreds of others willing to sell cars. I'm paying twice what it's worth. Exactly two months later the transmission went out. A transmission that is 'under warranty' since they just put it in three weeks before I bought it. They are making me pay 900 bucks to fix and they put me on the bus for two weeks! They keep promising a 'loaner' car. And now I see for myself they really don't fix cars ,they won't even give me a copy of my warranty! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. I have read the reviews and I have been through the same things. I got a Tahoe truck in May 2017. When I left the lot I was advised I needed tires, wheel alignment, brakes and the 3rd row seat was to be ordered. Every time I called I was told a mechanic would contact me back. Beginning of October 2017 I was able to talk to a Terrance guy and he advised me to bring the truck in. My truck was there for 3 weeks. I CALLED AND CALLED AND EVERYTIME WOULD BE TOLD MY TRUCK WOULD BE READY THE NEXT WEEK. I demanded the truck back and was advised everything has been fixed. Once I got the truck back I started getting notifications that my engine running hot. I called them and they sent a tow to pick up the truck. Now they saying its my clutch fan. Mind you I never had problems with my engine until they worked on truck. Now they want me to pay 190.00 to fix the fan. I WENT BACK TO GET MY TRUCK SAYING F%^&$ IT... CHEWY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THE TRUCK WITHOUT PAYING THEM THE 190.00 TO FIX IT AND THE TOWING FEES. I WENT BAZERK!! Started telling their customers there what really goes on. TERRANCE tried to go big in front of the customers as if I was lying cause he work off of commission. I didn't even buy a car from here but my gf's experience was absolutely terrible. She gave them all the money they asked for which was $1850, initially paying 1600. We had to come back for the last $200 and paid that on a Saturday. After we did that they acted as tho we never paid it. When my gf's statement clearly showed there was a $200 charge from them and they STILL DENIED THAT WE PAID THEM! After checking with other co-workers they realized that his other co-worker didn't put the receipt in the proper place. The financing department guys were extremely shitty. Then the car itself was terrible never had a through inspection done. So I bought a Nissan Cube from Auto World originally. I honestly was at the end of my rope walking in there. I spent the entire day there and walked out with the cube. While driving it home the engine light turned on. I took it back and they said they fixed it but could not tell me why it came on in the first place. A few days later it came back on. They told me it was too much to fix and that they would put me in another car. They basically blamed me for a them not inspecting the car. They ended up upping my payment but over $100!! When I got upset they told me they wouldn't sell me a car because I was being difficult. I put $1850 down. Originally putting down $1650 and then coming back to out down the other $200. When I asked for my money back they held my $200 hostage saying I never paid it when I had bank statements saying I did. They are very shady. While I was there, they always had customers in there yelling about how crappy their cars were. Oh yeah, when I went to get my car inspected they stole my AUX cord, and my beats headphones and claimed they never saw them in the car. Bought a vehicle here about a year and a half ago, first vehicle I bought was a Toyota Camry hybrid and after two days the vehicle broke down and had to get towed then there way of trying to make that experience better was to get us into another car which was a Nissan Altima and after 3 months the vehicle started to have brake issues and swerving while braking. I bought the extended warranty and could not get any help from the dealership I was told to call the 3rd party warranty and resolve it my self. Ran a car fax and saw that the vehicle had been in an accident which the dealership did not tell me about. After going to speak with the manager of that location he was no help stating that after age of the vehicle wear and tear occurs and they cannot help and was very insulting calling us nieve and unintelligent.
